Luz is a sweetheart. my favorite are the jalapeño bagels. They toast it for you and if you get there at the right time they're baked fresh and are so soft. The honey walnut cream cheese spread is so good.

I like it , not my everyday stop but I do dabble with the macaroni sourdough bowl. The employees (shout-out jaz) are very helpful and patient.
I recommend the broccoli Chedder Soup and Steak n white Chedder . The cashier was very attentive with my order . I will be coming here once in a while. I had no issues.
The taste on the food is bad. The kitchen staff were friendly but the cashiers need to be a bit more talkative when asked questions. The portions were ridiculously small to the prices, the pizza was both over and undercooked (This coming from someone that made Pizzas for 5 years for a living) the cookie was not soft and tasted like pure sugar, the smoothie and Chai tea latte had a wierd bitter taste to it as well as the tomato soup and this is the first place I go to in the which the don't add a dressing for a salad. I understand that at times it isn't the employees that are at wrong, but the procedures imposed by corporate that are what is wrong. Just keep in mind that it doesn't matter how fresh or high quality food is, if it doesn't taste anywhere as good as it looks, there really is no point. The only thing that we found had a decent taste was the Mac and cheese
There was a lady by the food pick up counter without a mask and the only reason I noticed is because she sneezed. I'm not expecting the businesses to act as the mask police, but instead let's care for other's health if we choose not to care for ourselves. I wear a mask to protect myself, my loved ones and strangers I may interact with in the day. All I ask is for that complete stranger to think of others before choosing NOT to wear a mask and stand by where they're preparing food while sneezing. Stay safe and healthy ?

It's fine. Pretty overpriced for what it is and the menu is different now. The food is average at best. The service is fine too.
I usually have great experiences with Panera. However, today was not one of them. As I was looking for my to-go order for a holiday party, an employee asked if they could assist. I stated that I was looking for my order which they usually place in the shelves that are labeled "to-go orders" and that I received a text saying that it was ready. The employee responded with, "Just because it's ready, doesn't mean that it's here." Wow! So helpful ?. I think I'll stay away from Panera for awhile.
I love going to Panera Bread I love the coffee and the Bakery goodies that they sell I also love their broccoli cheddar soup their salads they are very tasty. I actually like the atmosphere they have rooms where you can go and meet with your friends and have fun just Gabbying ☺
