Friendly and very attentive crew members. Managers could use more customer service training. Location is fairly clean. Occasional homeless people in the area. Saxophone player as you exit the drive-thru lane is pleasant.
Never go through the drive through its the worst service ever. Their equipment for coffee's is always down and if you order any of their coffee's they make you park and wait for 10 mins or more.

Every time I come to this McDonald's my food is always ready within three or four minutes and the food is always fresh and flavorful. The girl at the front counter is quick at taking orders, her first name starts with an h, I can't seem to pronounce it, she's very quick and efficient. The young girl in the back making breakfast sandwiches, I could read her name tag which says "Melanie" is also very quick and attentive when preparing food,I also noticed that she cleans her area constantly ,as an operations manager for a competitor, which I will not name, these are the traits and work ethic we look for in employees.I hope McDonald's is paying attention.

The worst service I have ever had in my life. Not even the manager has a bit of education and empathy for clients. It's disgusting.It is well known that in Montebello, Pico Rivera, Downey and surrounding cities people have no education and that is why they are so rude. It’s not the customers fault . But they must do their job well.
Privately owned so they do have weekday specials which is pretty cool. Area isn't the best drive thru is a little cramped. Ordering inside does take awhile they seem to focus on drive thru orders first
