Line was out the door at this location at 9pm or so. They only had one cashier so it was a little slow receiving our food. I always enjoy King Taco but some reason on this night, this location, the meat on the tacos was a little cold and so were the tortillas. Serve hot and you get 5’s
The food is good but there's always a long line. I waited an hour for my food. I would've gave a 5 star rating but an hour waiting for my food is way to long to be waiting for when your hungry! Plus they didn't have any lemons for the food! What Mexican restaurant doesn't have lemons for there food for there costumers? Even catering trucks have chopped up lemons for there customers!
Excessively long line...it literally wrapped around the inside of the restaurant. The parking lot was full and only one cashier was open. My order was correct and was good. Everyone I saw kept their distance and kept the line moving.
I went at 9:00pm to get tacos and the person at the door turned me away but allowed other people to go in. I see right here on google they close at 12:00am. So it wasn’t due to them closing. I am not sure why I got turned away besides it being racially motivated. I heard this place was good but I will not come again.
Everything I come to LA I love coming to eat at King Taco is a must!Short staff overall, no plates or straws. Took 1hr 1/2 to order and get my food. They should get with the program and have other option order online or Uber.
The wait here is always so longgggg. I literally went here on a Thursday night, and the line was wrapped around the inside of the store and out the door. A lot of my friends don't like king taco because they don't think its authentic tacos, but honestly, their taco beats a lot of the pricier onces in bougie stores so its honestly a win in my book. I love their taco and burritos. Their salsa is amazing but unfortunately they do limit on the amount you can get for free.This location probably have the longest wait time compare to the other ones surprisingly despite it being one of the bigger stores compare to locations such as pasadena.I waited about 45 minutes in line followed by another 30 minutes to get my order. I took some home to go for the next day, it was still good after reheating, but honestly if you don't have the time its not worth it. But I just have days where I go, -I am craving king tacos.There is plenty of parking since its a shared plaza, just make sure if you have somewhere to be, get there early so you have ample amount of time.
This rating is only specific to this location. The food is still good, but the service from the workers needs refinement. They are cleaning up an hour and a half before closing time and do not allow patrons to sit where they please. They literally tell you to go sit somewhere else when there is not enough room. And on top of that, they are telling people that they need to hurry up and finish eating because they are going to close soon. Terrible.
This place is a fiasco completely you wait in line for an hour and when you get to the cashier they tell you is going to take an extra hour for you food yo be ready, come on really why you didn’t say so right when people arrived this is ridiculous. King taco is not short staffed is just that this place is giving priority to Ubereats and online order. Which it should not be people that come and get their on food should be the priority period. Not happy with this place people getting mad asking for answer and being ignored not cool king taco!
Horrible service! No sense of time management or understanding concept of satisfactory customer service - stick to the locations in Huntington Park, Maywood or East LA! Went during my 45 min lunch - spent 25 of those minutes waiting for my food and when I asked how much longer for my order to be ready….I was told there were 10 orders ahead of me and I’d have to wait - for a single burrito, that’s all I ordered, a simple single burrito de asada. I canceled my order, got a refund and left. Absolutely ridiculous!
Did not mind the wait this is expected at any king tacoBut the food is not the same at all locations I live 3 miles away from this location and honestly, I will continue to drive farther away to the Maywood location ? way better on the food quality and taste well worth the drive
