Not enough Boba in my drink but my smoothie was okay.Other smoothie was watery.
This was our first time at this location. It's a bit hidden & not much curb appeal but the service was amazing & the drinks tasted great! Our server was patient & helpful in answering all our questions. The drinks tasted great, not watered down like some other locations we've experienced. We're actually going to use this location over where we used to go in Artesia.
Wait time was faster than usual, considering the amount of customers. However, the drinks were not prepared how they usually were, the butterfly drinks tasted watered down, missing the lemon, and my pistachio frappe was missing the pistachio pieces it usually comes with. I get it when there is no or low stick of ingredients, but other places usually let a customer know if they are missing ingredients to give us a chance to order something else. Here it seemed they wanted to get us out as fast as possible. I've been here before, and was completely satisfied with my order, but this last time I was not.
I placed an order today 9/21/21 around 7pm and went to pick up my order around 7:12pm and it was closed due some maintenance. Why does the app let's you place the order and then there's no way to cancel the order and get money back. Please help.
Their smoothies are great.. Acai bowels are my favorite. The girls behind the counter could be friendlier more inviting
Love this place always get my acai bowl. Macaroons are so good. My nephews love boba drinks here.
I arrive 40mins before closing time and was told that they are closing early on a MONDAY!!! It's sad that the manager hires lazy people and can't keep his employees on check honestly. Anyone reading this make sure you go 3hrs ahead of time before going because they might tell you that they are closing early.
I love that they have macaroons, the Boba is pretty good, and they have many other choices besides the Boba which make it more interesting.

Bad service, walked in with over an hour and a half still left before their posted closing time; a young girl asked me if I was picking up an order. I said no I was looking to place one. She says “oh yea we’re actually closed” quickly turned around to give her back to me walking away before I could even respond.You should correct your hours and turn off the open sign and even place a notice on the door stating only open for pick up after a certain time. This has happened 3 times with more than enough time prior to their close time.Do better!
