Every time I come here it’s close! I could see the girl over the counter starring at me and didn’t even bother to come open the door. Business Hours say 9am-9pm. It was only 7pm
I don’t really like this lady that works there on weekends she is extremely rude and has attitude with everyone . I don’t recommend this place to anyone ?

Worst customer service ever please do not go i do not suggest this place the girl helping out has the worst attitude ever she is always mad and ignoring me.

I went in this morning and ordered a bionico and a pico de gallo, they were delicious and the only reason I rated them with one star was because of the lady's attitude and the fact that it came out to 11.50 and when I paid with a credit card the receipt said 12.62. I'm like well you said it was 11.50 and the lady told me yes but I have to charge you more to use the credit card. At no point she told me in advance neither there was a sign advicing costumer of the extra charge if paying with card. After a little discussion she said she couldn't cancel the transaction so she gave me my money back in cash and I paid only 11.50. Now this might be a regular thing for locals, but I come from 1600 miles away and I'm not used to paying extra to use my card even if it's just for a coffee that costs just over a dollar. If this small business feels the need to make us costumers pay the fee that the banks charge them its OK with me and I will have the option to take my business elsewhere, but at least have the decency to inform the costumer of such transaction beforehand. They also don't have a public restroom wich is essential at a food establishment. I was told the manager won't be available until Saturday, so to management "if you wish to talk about this incident please reply to this post with your contact information and I'll reach out to you." thanks.
