First time ever at an El Pollo Loco!Daniel is the manager, he gave me a FULL rundown on the menu! He was very helpful and polite, and very patient with me when I was searching to get for lunch!! Thanks for everything!!!!
My double avocado salad was delicious even thoughthe avocado portion is tiny. I like this location because they always have the chunky mild salsa.

Great customer service and great food. The employee named Asher is the absolute sweetest. He always puts a smile on my face. I know its hard to deal with the public all day, but he is always happy and polite.
Really clean place. Friendly staff and great tasting chicken and tostada bowls. Open for dine in, masks required, soda refills available. Open restrooms for customers.
My experience at this location was very high high quality. Aasher the employee working the drive thru had very great costumer service, was friendly and acknowledged me while I was waiting for my food to be prepared. I got my food within a minute and a half of ordering it. Great Job Aasher and the rest of the Pollo Loco team.
This was the best experience I have had at any el pollo loco I have ever been to. The staff was extremely friendly. I was in that part of town lost and we stopped by here to grab a bite to eat. They really made us feel welcome. Everyone there was just very nice. Thank you.
I get that nobody wants to work today but dont lie. I go here bc i love the tostada salad WITH THE AVOCADO DRESSING i requested this dressing and when i got to the window and asked if it was there the guy cut me off and said its all in there.....nope that was a lie. I will not return here ever! Wish i could name him but i got no receipt either
Now this place for me they have a very tasty and delicious food. They just need to have more friendly employees and cleaner ? place. Managers need to make sure to have an employee available to clean and disinfect tables and chairs after each customer leaves. A clean place is always something a customer wants and friendly employees.
Experience was good. However I would recommend they fix their menu it's hard to read the menu in the drive thru.
