The food is good especially the chicken sandwich and the chicken stripes are always fresh and jucey and the sweet and tangy sauce go's good with it too.
Went through drive through and after getting home the box that had my wife's sandwich was filthy and she was afraid to eat her sandwich because whoever had filthy hands at this location probably built her meal. Very disgusting. Chick-fil-a had the nerve to say sorry we missed the mark and hope you give us a second chance. After wasting over $10 on a meal that was thrown away I will not spend another dollar here and I see there are plenty of bad reviews that show nothing will change at this location.

I asked for something in a separate bag. When I get to my destination, I realized they didnt give it to me. I couldn't tell because they gave me two bags.

Chic-Fil-A, not much you can say about these restaurants that won't sound like every other review but as always, the service, atmosphere and speedy timing of the drive thru is amazing (super busy or not) and shockingly consistently at any Chic-Fil-A location, and 9 out of 10 times they're completey packed but never disappointed. ?

I was really happy when they put this here in my home town. In the beginning it was really good. Then I started experiencing my order being wrong. I always give the Benefit of the doubt and continued to going to this location. I always spend about $50-$70 when I go because I order for my whole family and always get the combo meals. When I went on November 24th, 2021 I order the same thing I always get and the worker who took my order Repeated it to me and it was correct so I paid with my debit card went to the window and discovered that I was missing one fry and one drink to go with my combos the worker who is giving me my order told me that I only paid for four combos and not five which doesn’t make any sense why would I order four combos and not five when I always order the same thing. They wanted to charge me for the extra fry and drink when I specifically told the worker who took my order what I wanted and when they repeated my order back to me.I asked to speak to the manager she came out she looked a little young and didn’t know how to handle customer service and make us happy she told me sorry but we have to charge you because they keep track of the orders. We cannot accommodate you I was very unhappy because this was not my mistake they should have been able to accommodate me apologize and let me be on my way instead they may be very unhappy and not wanting to come here anymore. I have lived in this city in my whole life my children are being raised here my parents and their parents were raised here. These managers in these restaurants need to be properly trained and how to deal with customers who are unhappy with their orders and to handle the proper accommodation and authority to make us happy before we leave
Love the grilled chicken burger and their fries when getting food there I also sometimes get their chicken soup
