Second time coming here a few weeks ago.As soon as I parked, the older man cook walks out of the restaurant and into the restroom and out before I can even get out of my car.He proceeds back into the restaurant and tosses the big dirty stick the keys are attached to onto the trashcan.He then proceeded to make burgers with no gloves or without washing hands.I don't think will be returning again.
Before it was great but for some reason the last few months iv been going there not only service is very slow even when it’s not buisy but they can never get the order right this time I ordered a quesadilla with more cheese then meat and no onions or tomatoes just lil meat nd cheese and I got a wet burrito ugly can say and not the first time I am sure I will not be spending my money there anymore
I hate this place! They can’t even take a simple phone order! It’s not that hard I only ordered 4 combos are you kidding me you people are a joke. I literally had to hang up the phone because he was very rude talking to me. So I drove there and placed my order inside but the guy still had a very hard time comprehending my order . He had nothing but bad ATTITUDE!ATTITUDE! I still paid for my food but it was terrible. What a waste of my time and money! I’m specifically pointing out this worker that seems like new I never see him too much just recently a month ago but he has BAD ATTITUDE and does not wear his mask. I didn’t see his name tag but I thought he was wearing some kind of silver necklace , looked kinda young. That kind of person does not need to be in the food business interacting with customers. I would not recommend coming back here! Even with the new management and workers they are still terrible! I tried to give you guys a 2nd chance I came back months later to this new management/employees. STILL TERRIBLE SERVICE!!
I absolutely love the customer service experience that was provided to me. I want to say the manger which was a woman, she was awesome. She checked on us and every customer. She took our food to our table, cleaning up , ringing up customers, greeting customers, small talks, talking out the trash (of course washed her hands). Food was fast and taste great. She made me and my friend feel very welcomed. She was there because one of the employees said that they needed help and were short of workers. I was really happy, satisfied and full when I left. Thank you for the experience. We will see you guys soon ! :)))
I enjoyed my food in a cool comfortable atmosphere around friendly, courteous workers as well as other patrons. Their pastrami, ooh la la, to die for!! I recommend this place to anyone that enjoys eating in a pleasant atmosphere. I will be returning. Thank you Burger Stop for a wonderfully, clean surrounding that allowed me to eat my meal comfortably numb in my own world.
I love this place but this time my food was cold. Not sure why because they had me waiting for a while. That was a bummer. I'll give them another chance and I'll update my review then.
Was excited to eat at this place as I always drive by it. The wife and I walk in and look at the menu and are even more excited to try it as the food looks really good. Then, the man cooking comes out from the back not wearing a mask. We thought okay he will put it on soon. He proceeded to cook everyone's food maskless and speaking to everyone over the food. My wife and I decided to walk out but my wife approached the cashier and asked him if the cook wasn't required to wear a mask. He said he didn't know. We left. Waited in our truck for a couple of minutes and as we drove away we look into the restaurant and the cook continued to cook without a mask. With all this rise in covid I would hope the food industry took the mask mandate a little more serious. Disappointed. Will not be going back.
The food is a little pricey, order was wrong. The taste of the food is mediocre. Customer service somewhat disappointing. Dining area could be cleaned after every diner leaves. In the time of covid,its a must! I will not eat here again. I will go to IN-N-OUT. (Well worth the wait)
First time customer, wow very surprised, asked the Customer Service Person to give me the top selling items, tried the cheeseburger special, you know when but the Burger doesn't taste the way it smells, well let me tell you, this place the burger taste the way it smells, it is very tasty and delicious, thank you young man for the recommendation and keep up with your happy positive personality!Thank You
I've been eating here since it opened. N I LOVE THERE FOOD❤❤❤quick dinner n quick breakfast bomb. Love the owner n the the crew(Johnny) hooked me up tonite with one of my favorites Pastrami quesadilla, stop by n support our local businesses I PROMISE U WONT REGRET IT
