very good food, but no longer offers family style dinners.
My husband had the veal Marsala and it was delicious and I was not hungry so I just had the tiramisu and it was fabulous, we will definitely be back and we loved the accordions all over!
Great family owns and runs this restaurant and bar. One of the best places ever in Petaluma.
Volpi’s was fabulous, food and service was outstanding!
...and great people. A classic red sauce joint. Go to the former Speakeasy in back to enjoy an excellent cocktail and meet new friends. Food is great. Enjoy the atmosphere and the people. Go back to the Speakeasy for a nightcap. It’s what I do.
I too am one of the many who have been going to Volpi's for years. Their food is always very good, servers are personable and efficient (especially Ginger!) and the place is overall welcoming. There was a place like this when I was a kid growing up in Minneapolis that was our family's go-to place. Volpi's is the reincarnation of it. Go there, eat great food and feel the love.

just paid $23 for 5 pieces of shrimp, green beans, and the nastiest mashed potatoes I've ever had.
We've been going to Volpi's for years and have always found it to be consistently high quality! the service is friendly and their Lamb Shank with Creamy Polenta is the BEST! Family friendly and fun, with an interesting history still on display throughout the interior.
