I ordered the steak with two sunny side up eggs and Tostadas with Carnitas and it was amazing. The steak was Super tasty! I gave the food a Five star rating and for service because the waiter was very friendly and we got our food pretty quick. Most definitely I will go there again if I am in the area. The chips and salsa were outstanding!
Word to the wise: the Diablo Michelada is spicy af. Don't order unless you have seriously high spice tolerance, or want an intense experience.Love the extensive vegan menu, everything was delicious!
I could not be more disappointed with the food here. We came in with really high hopes based on what we’ve read, and were extremely disappointed with most of what we ate during our multi-course lunch.The drinks were fine, and the pico and guacamole tasted pretty good. That’s where our happy little lunch ended. Service was friendly but very slow.It was all downhill from there.The chips were very greasy - you can see the oil just shining on them (and on your fingers) in the sun. The queso dip was even worse: though the flavor was good, we wound up needing to skim the top layer of fat off using spoons.The tacos were also underwhelming. Not a ton of flavor in any of the four we tried.It’s extremely unlikely we’ll be back.
Excellent food. I have been there twice in 2 weeks. I wanted to post a review because this is such a special place. The food is made from scratch and delicious. The service is great. One picture was the Chicken Tinga Tamal and the other was a half eaten appetizer. Every dish I have had there is delicious. They also sell their homemade tortillas. Come here for the real experience :)
I went with my fiancée and a long-time friend of mine from Sacramento who now lives in Petaluma before we went to see Gary Numan at The Mystic.I ordered a bean and cheese burrito (they have beans that are vegetarian) and a veggie taco. The taco was amazing! The burrito was just kinda OK, but it was OK. Next time I go, I'll get the vegetarian burrito which is basically the taco in burrito form. My fiancee got pozole and loved it. My friend got a chicken burrito and didn't seem too excited about it, but ate the whole thing. I didn't ask much about her food, because we were busy catching up.Staff was generally great!
It's in Thethare District and of course it will be pricey. My friend and I found this place online, Wich evething looked great and decided tried it out. It was okay, I would not say it's authentic Mexican but could compare it to maybe Chipotle's. Also hard to find parking spot.
We stopped in today for the very first time. Oh, wow. Our meals were outstanding. I am so thrilled about having a vegan menu with great choices to pick from. Everyone was nice, the atmosphere was great, and the food was stellar. Luis came over to chat with us, and spent time explaining their good style and vegan dishes. I’m already planning what I will have for my next visit.

Super fresh Mexican flavors in a cozy and friendly environment! This is on our go to list for an easy night out that the kids like (carnitas tacos every time) but actually offers real adult food that is a huge step above the average bean-and-cheese-heavy Mexican restaurant - the Chile relleño is particularly good, as is the chicken molé. Salads are fresh and tasty. Nice wine list and the decor is all sourced by the owner from Mexico - some lovely pieces that really up the atmosphere!
The food is very tasty and the service of the very nice staff I recommend it, my favorite dish of Tortilla is the pozole, the sauces are prepared with everything natural, no canned ingredients. 100% recommendable Thank you for your good hospitality. I will return as often as necessary.
