Usually my experience is quite pleasant. However the last two times I've been there have been made really uncomfortable. The gentleman working the register was very pleasant and professional. When he turned to ask what i presume to be the manager a simple question. The short individual literally swore at him in front of customers and continued to berate him for several minutes audibly. In the mean time the gentleman working the register was running around like crazy. Taking orders, refilling condiments, and wiping tables. Whilst the short individual was on his phone and barking at other employees. My girl and i didn't even feel comfortable inside. He may be a small man but that doesn't give him the right to berate his coworkers publicly. We were appalled at his behavior.
Had the tuna burger. It was really tasty. Their garlic brussel sprouts gave me ideas for at home cooking.
I work at dunkin across the street and go here on my lunch breaks very often the habit has some of the best food I’ve eaten at a good price and you can tell management cares about their costumers could not recommend it more
I really wanted to like The Habit, but after finally trying it for the first time, I don’t understand the appeal. The burger reminded me of Five Guys, which I also don’t like. SAD BURGER. That’s what they are. Thick grind flavorless meat, sloppily slapped together in a bun that gets flat and soggy from sauce. Seasoning in the meat and a better bun would go a long way.I’m giving it a 3 because the sundae shake and fried green beans I also had were absolute fire. They gave me an extra serving of green beans I didn’t pay for (not sure why) but I happily ate both. The shake had a ton of chocolate syrup and was much better than I was expecting. I had a sip of my fiancé’s Cinnamon Toast Crunch shake which was also quite good. Reminded me of horchata.Maybe I’ll go back someday and try a non-burger entrée, but for now it’s 3 stars.
All their burgers and chicken sandwich are delicious. Love their coffee shake. Worth their price. ordered online and ready by the time I arrived. Great costumer service.
