Terrible customer service. I never eat at Taco Bell inside. But my 7 and 3 year old kids wanted to eat inside. We waited in front of the counter and never were acknowledged. I tried to get their attention but we were completely ignored so we left. I did notice that their focus seems to be the drive trough. There was only one guy taking orders and all of the employees' attention was on getting those drive through orders ready.
We were headed for the door and the worker locked the door on us and they were supposedly still open and had customers inside . But due to the really long line at the drive thru we decided to park . So no, I do not suggest this place . They should have still helped if they are technically still open . That is false advertisement
Keep this place clean for a better rating.It would also help if there was someone at the register. I waited 7 minutes after ordering from the kiosk in an otherwise empty dining area, then walked.
worst taco bell ever. forget your sauces and your order. maybe I'll stop eating taco bell for good...
A great Taco Bell! I have never had a negative experience here! The workers were nice, store was clean and they have bathrooms that are clean as well.
Tha staff there are full of there own hot sauce!!!!! They suck at customer service and how to take orders. I hope you go out of business.
Statistically, there is a 34% chance your order is wrong. Take the minute and check your bag(s) before driving away from the window.
Ordered breakfast, total came in to $5.79. attempted to pay with $6.00 in cash, cashier stated she had no change and would need exact change. I told her no worries, keep the $0.21. She then opened the cash drawer and I could clearly see a full drawer of change. At this point I demanded my change. She refused, saying "you said I could keep to $0.21", and I said "You lied and said you had no change."Things escalated, I was refunded, and I left. I understand that there's been a coin shortage since the pandemic hit, and I understand asking for exact change ( though it seems every other business doesn't have trouble with this anymore). I don't comprehend lying to your customers about having not change to get an extra 21 cents.
I've visted a lot of Taco Bell locations but this one consistently has some of the smallest, least filled tacos and the tortillas often have dry crispy edges. Ordering without lettuce still often nets you with scraps of it scattered in with the meat or in the wrapper.
Rare to get correct service here... Walked over for lunch and was ignored for 5 minutes... then rudely told to use Kiosk..no counter orders!..... Drive through, be sure you get a utensil.
