Got food poisoning hella bad. Might be contaminated food

Wow! Never coming here again. I expected this place to be open, since it said open until 5pm. Doors were closed and a they had a sign up “only pick-up orders.” So what do I do? I order online. Patiently wait for my order to be made. I go and pick it up and the lady (looked more like a child) let me in. I’m just gonna say my order wasn’t even complete. Pretty sure I didn’t get a BLT sandwich. Do yourself a favor and go to a different subway! This location is the worst!!!

Hands down worst subway I have ever been to! I have given this place multiple chances since it’s right next to my gym and I understand that it’s been hard to find good employees lately. That being said I stood there for 10 minutes with me being the only customer in the store and three employees behind the counter completely ignoring me and then I get served a sandwich with bread so hard and stale it was like a loaf of cracker. There is a large sign outside saying that they are having (big changes) apparently that means worst customer service and food. I will never go to this subway again. I guess the owner is not concerned with having a successful business. I got my money back and went to a different subway.

The front door doesn't work and they didn't have any soup or mozzarella cheese.

Says 9pm closing, means 8:30. Food, cleanliness and everything is super and when owners there and open until actual closing it’s easily best Subway in town. Should be five stars but like I said if it’s after 8:30 and your not inside no sandwich for you! This has happened 5 or 6 times now in past 2-3mo so I’ll no longer be driving the 10 minutes out of my way after work. Too bad

Employees bark at you when you enter the store for not wearing a facemask not even taking into consideration if customer have asthma and has difficulty breathing with one on. Ended up taking my business to Pollo Loco, they have a don't ask don't tell policy. They didn't ask me about a facemask and I didn't tell them if I had one. They just took my order, I paid and left!! Its simple but unfortunately so many business treat their customers like disease infested rodents now a days.

It was raining and let me sit at a table inside the restaurant. Nice of the lady who worked there at that time.
