Cockroach outside the entryway was my 1st turn off. I kept coming back to get sandwiches everyday trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt. Sandwiches were as you expect however the service is absolutely disgusting. They rush you, act like you are bothering them by supporting their business and if you have to repeat yourself about how much of an ingredient there is you might lose your eye. The two women flirt with the older men and take their orders before yours. I won't be going back to this location ever
I can see now why there was no one at the restaurant. My client and I came to order food (she is special needs) I asked the employee if she could chop the onions and pickles for my clients salad. She absolutely refused to accommodate despite telling her my client will not eat it unless it's chopped. Even got an attitude with me for inquiring further because the knife was right next to her. I told her that I'm not going to deal with a behavior just because she doesn't want to chop some veggies and we left

This subway had a two-way mirror in the men's restroom. I told someone important about this mirror and the restroom was closed for a but two or three weeks. There is no longer a two way mirror anymore. Their help is slow. I'm surprised its open. I can't suggest that you shouldn't go to this subway. I don't because of the two-way mirror even if it's not their anymore. You can. I'm not.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never written a bad review in my life, but I'm beyond furious with the complete lack of customer service and terrible experience ordering today. I placed an order online and somehow they managed to mess up 3 out of the 4 foot long sandwiches.They forget cheese, sauce and the expensive upgrades we added for each of the three sandwiches they messed up. Not only that they don't ever pick up their phone. It's subway...how hard is it to make a sandwich??? My favorite part is how I was stilled charged $48 for 4 foot longs.
