Employees more interested in chatting amongst themselves than helping customers. Waited 10 minutes for an Expresso and boxed lunch.
The egg bites were rather tasty and the coffee was lousy.
I dropped my tea outside and they remade it for me at no cost. So sweet. I'm so grateful.
Folks there looks young and energetic.

I find the employees are not very friendly and a couple of theladies were rude. It was like they could not handle the fast pace so they got short with the customers. Not good customer interaction.
I always just order a pink drink with light ice. Every single time I come hear it's never light ice and their is almost no flavor to my drink at all. This is my least favorite Starbucks in town.
Dear Starbucks, because of the fact that you changed your open time from 5am to 6am I have nowhere to wait for the buss at… this was the worst time to do it, because it’s almost winter, meaning I now sit outside in the dark and the rain for an hour a day because you wanted a later open time. You need to think more about your costumers. I really relied on you. But you’ve lost my trust and my business.
I get an iced vanilla chai from Starbucks every day- I have been to a bunch of different locations in the Sonoma county area and this Starbucks makes the best version of my drink BY FAR! Every time I get my drink, it is perfect. I don’t know what you guys are doing different but keep it up!!!
