The employees are nice but my order is hardly ever correct. It’s the only SB with a drive thru. We typically buy several drinks at one time requiring a drink holder. The holdersat this location are EXTREMELY weak with tears in the base and have resulted in drink spilling. The plastic Tea cup tops use to be the best and now appear lose and pop off in the drink holder. I feel there is some kind of quality assurance/ control issue with the vendor.
Place is dirty.Not used to see a dirty starbucks.Will not stop here again.My guess they have not clean the restroom in over a month.
I just specifically asked for a warm NOT SUPER hot latte. The first sip I took it burned my mouth because it was so hot. Never again will I go back cause this is the 2nd time this happened
Needed a caffeine boast after a trip to Bodega.Was stoked to find a Starbucks on the way home.The staff looked like they'd rather be talking to each other than working.I gwt working isnt all peas and carrots, but can we have a little service?They gave me a peppermint latte in February.That's not my order!My husband went in side and rescued the day to get my real drink, but was dor sure disappointed.Would prefer not to visit this location.

My dog Rosie got her first Puppuccino, which was new to me. Starbucks gives whipped cream in a cup as a courtesy to customers as a treat for their dogs. Rose loved it! ❤️
By far the best Starbuck’s service I have ever received! Saw there was a new item on your menu with Pistachio. Sounded intriguing so I asked the barista if she had tried it. She gave me a recommendation and went out of her way to give me a separate sample of the pistachio cold foam to try and an addition to my drink to add a little more flavor. The drink is delicious and her service was beyond incredible. I wish I got her name. Also, we were two hours from home and they let us use the restroom- so many places are not allowing that right now. We were so grateful! Thank you to this Starbucks for your amazing service!
Love that I can go in any Starbucks and get my favorite and it's perfect. Also clean restrooms.
My drink was right except for the thing that I said I wanted extra of... They gave me none, but it had the correct milk and # of shots... Drive thru so I couldn't go back and the lobby was completely closed and blocked off for some reason no one could go inside.
These girls work hard, and obviously love their job. The smiled,service and warm welcome tells me so everytime!
