My chai latte was mostly milk even though I asked for extra pumps of chai. All the other drinks we ordered were also watered down or too much milk. Baked items were great though, no drive thru at this location though.
Asked for a large cocoa with whipped cream the cocoa was good but they forgot the whip. I drove through so wasn't going to go back just for that.
Great employees, clean store and provide a pleasant, positive experience.
On our way home from Bodega Bay I just stopped and get a coffee got a Frappuccino Blondie

Staff was nice, service quick, place was clean but the bathroom it was nasty.
Really poor service. Person taking the order didn’t understand a simple Venti White Mocha and kept playing 100 questions. Then she couldn’t give a receipt as machine apparently doesn’t work. Then after waiting about another 10 minutes for 2 drinks they didn’t even have stoppers. What a wasted visit
