Friendly and professional staff. Great service. Wonderful food. Vegetarian parmigiana was so tasty. My partner enjoyed spaghetti bolognese. Highly recommend.
This may be our new local go to restaurant. Great service with indoor and outdoor options. Love the wide variety of bruschetta. Tonight's special was delicious needed a little more spice but over all good. Will definitely come back.
My family and I decided we wanted to go out to celebrate, and had heard amazing reviews about Risibisi, so we found ourselves in the small dining room which was incredibly inviting, and one of the best parts of the night. We were seated, given menus, and told the specials, and decided on our choices in a few minutes, though we had to wait 15 minutes before our waiter would return and take our orders.We ordered the mussels, fried calamari, garlic bread and olive oil bread as appetizers, as well as a selection of pasta dishes. All these dishes came quickly, but a Cesar salad we ordered never appeared throughout the entire dinner, which was apologized for profusely when it was brought up.The food itself swung back and forth on a pendulum of flavour, with the appetizers being incredibly salty, the calamari in particular, and the main courses being bland. The beef bolognese had fine flavour, but was undercooked nearly to the point that the noodles would stick straight out on my fork. On the flip side, the pesto gnocchi was incredibly overdone, being so mushy that the few I tried stuck to my throat on their way down.While the service was polite and kind, the food failed to impress. For an expensive dinner like this one, I expected a variety of complex flavours that made use of a wide variety of ingredients. This wasn't the case, and while I may not be back to eat dinner, I may be back for a drink and a conversation with the wait staff that were the saving grace of the night.
My husband, myself and the dogs love to dine on Risisbisi’s outdoor patio! They have the BEST Italian food and the view of the river is absolutely stunning! Their manager Jacob is also a very friendly face and he definitely knows his wines! He says he travels to Europe often to discover new food ideas, plus new wines!If you’re looking for a fancy dinner in Petaluma, you can also dine inside in their quaint restaurant!When our friends come to visit, we always recommend Risibisi!
Our dinner here was super enjoyable! Beginning with delicious cocktails, and Caesar salad and focaccia with cherry tomatoes and olives. Each pasta dish was superb, with the wild boar gnocchi a real winner. Nice wine selection too, and we couldn’t resist the tiramisu and crème brûlée for dessert. Excellent service on a busy night! Can’t wait to return!!
Appetizers were excellent. Meatballs, Crab cakes and Calamari. Staff was attentive and friendly. My flat iron steak was good, but 4 slices is too little for what they charge.
Service wasn’t that great, food was okay- they also can’t seem to manage the reservation system.

A beautiful restaurant with a wonderful ambience and staff. The staff was so kind and helpful, and the food was delicious. I ordered the puttanesca and my partner ordered the carbonara both were spectacular! Plus two Negronis and a yummy order of bread. Go here!
Poor management of interior, extremely packed for pandemic times, presenting large risk to those who eat there. Individual who seemed to be the manager or owner wasn't wearing a mask before talking to me. While they have an outside area for dining, they close it if they don't feel like serving it, defeating its purpose. General disregard for diners' safety is extremely discouraging. See no reason to eat there when other restaurants do seem to care.
