Was wonderful to have Quinua right next store to where we stayed and get 10% off our bill! The food was excellent with a great variety of choices.
I used their online platform to order dinner an hour before listed closing - $118. I called on my drive and got no answer, when I arrived the business was closed. I got no food and no refund. I contacted the online ordering platform and they said they couldn’t get me a refund because the restaurant would not return their calls. I am now disputing the charges with the bank. Not okay.
My friend and I stopped there as I called to make sure they had causa and they did. We ordered it as an appetizer and had other dishes which were okay. I had a fish stew which was too salty and my friend had Lomo Saltado and she said it was bland. So it was alright and I am very disappointed they ran out of causa as I wanted one to go. Probably will not go back I will try another peruvian restaurant.
Delicious little Peruvian restaurant in Petaluma. The service was wonderful and our waiter was very helpful! He suggested different dishes to try and they were all as tasty as he said they would be. I highly recommend trying one of the ceviches and the ice cream! Some of the best I have ever tasted. The only bad thing I can say about this place is that it is too far from my house! I wish it was closer because I would come here every week!
Really good sangria. A little on sweeter side but well balanced with flavors to dance on your pallet. We had chicken empanadas, duck, seafood paella, fish ceviche. Flavors were so very good. Not spicy just wonderful. Our plates were clean when we finished. Tried Peruvian coffee fresh brewed and ice cream. All was delicious! Thank you for your wonderful food creations and lovely place with family vibe.
I've eaten here about 3 or 4 times. The prices are on the higher side for quantity but the taste has always made it worth it. However this last time I got the ceviche which I've had in the past but it was extremely salty. They did take it back and change the like juice which made it better but the pieces of fish were cut to large and didn't cook properly in the like juice. The service has always been good, I think this was a new cook as I hadn't seen him before. Word of advice to owner would be to cut the fish just a tad smaller so it can cook better and always test the salt in the dishes. I'm hoping this was a fluke so I will be back again and will let you know if it was a one time deal.
The food was delicious.....well seasoned but not overpowering. The service was wonderful. This is a really great place to dine. It not fancy....just really good food.
Best Peruvian food in Petaluma, hands down. So authentic and delicious, we will definitely be back!
Petaluma has a lot of famous restaurants but honestly this neighborhood hidden gem is the by far most tasty meal I had in North Bay (and cheapest too!!). Their ice cream has a hint of caramel, maple, and citrus, all of which coming from a fruit called lucuma. Ceviche is super fresh and tasty too; the milk of tiger is really special.
