We have used this catering service three times through the years. The food is incredibly delicious. The attention to details is exceptional.We have never been disappointed with them. We highly recommend them for any function, large or small, that you may need.
I own the Mountain House Estate wedding venue and highly recommend Amber and the team. Karen, the banquet captain and her team for two weddings here this weekend once again knocked it out of the park. Guests had a great time, loved the food, and had many compliments for this catering company. The professional wedding planners who 'ran the show' always love working with Preferred Sonoma Caterers. Great with the guests, and great with the team working behind the scenes - working in concert to make it the best day ever!
Preferred catered our wedding over Labor Day weekend. They were great! Not only was the food delicious, but they were able to accommodate (and suggest improvements on) all of our menu preferences. Very responsive and organized throughout the lead-up to the wedding, and consummate professionals during the event itself. They genuinely care about making sure the couple is enjoying their special day. Highly recommended!
I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Preferred Sonoma Catering!!We worked with them for our wedding in 2021 (booked in 2019 but due to COVID had to postpone). They are the best of the best!! We worked with Karen for the majority of the time - she is absolutely amazing! I felt like we had a full service wedding planner, caterer, advice giver, all in one. And the best part, their food is AMAZING. We had so many guests tell us that it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. My husband and I feel the same way!! We are still drooling over the dinner - braised short ribs & Mary's chicken breast. Presentation was perfect, the food was delicious, the staff is a dream, I could go on and on. We even got lucky and they packed us up a few boxes of dinners for us to eat after our wedding. We loved having this the day after :)I'd love to hire them again and will always remember our experience with this team! We’ve not even gotten to the bulk of our order and we’re already really enjoying our holiday order. So far we’ve had the mini pastries and the Brie and leek puffs. AMAZING!!!
We had never ordered a thanksgiving dinner before but alas our oven had broken.I can’t say enough wonderful things about both the food and service we received!Everything was so delicious and amber had given great instructions on how to heat it all without an oven.Thank you everybody at ps caterers for making our meal so memorable and successful!!!

Preferred Sonoma Caterers did a phenomenal job with our event, "Pints for Paws." They listened to our needs and provided the perfect menu for our event with a focus on vegan and vegetarian choices. We couldn't be more pleased. We received many compliments from our guests as well. The ratatouille dish was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Everyone at PSC was courteous and professional.
