I've had them before and the pizza isn't that great and the churros had came very stale. I tried to give them another chance I called and I don't know if the employee was being trained because I could hear another person in the background guiding them what to say. They just sounded very confused. I wanted to use cash for my delivery and they told me they didn't do that so I just opt out on the whole order cuz I'm not going to give my credit card information to someone who sounds stoned or confused. And it's very strange that a pizza establishment doesn't do cash.
I think that one or more ingredients here keeps making me sick. They should be more careful about keeping things at the correct temperature!I feel almost like a pain in my jaw or like a tingling in my throat every time I eat here. That usually only happens when something somewhere is moldy.

Extremely Lacking in service by a manager or a male portraying as a manager as they forgot to give the door dash driver our Orange soda. As we call the so called manager continually acted out blaming us & door dash driver. Extremely disrespectful, no compassion, & didn't care to have anyone drop the soda off around the corner at Our door. The so called manager cared to argue back & forth acting with Great disrespect or care in serving customers. Pizza guys a Total ZERO IN SERVICES & LACK OF RESPONSIBILITY TO SERVICE A FAMILY AFTER A LONG DAY.HELLO CORPORATE COMPLAINT

Since living in petaluma for about 3 years now pizza guys best pizza in petaluma that we have had and it's always done fast. I love ordering online and and earning point for free pizza. My kids love there pizza also.
Recently my Boyfriend and I thought we would check them out and I wasn't expecting pizza guys to be the best pizza and salads in town! The staff are great, always doing something and make you feel welcome! Also with every order you get your choice of ice cream! Yes pizza guys gets a well earned 5 stars from us!
I think this place is awesome! They have a great lunch deal. And the people that work here are very friendly, and deserve a special thanks for their kindness.
We ordered at 8pm we didn’t get any knocking, any ringing of the door (we were in the living room.) and we eventually called the store and I was told they would compensate by making the bread free. 9:55 and I call them again and I apparently agreed to a refund? Dominos it is I suppose. Thanks for wasting my family’s time.
