Really good food in a cute dinner. Avocado toast and 2 eggs with a lil salad, fruit as well as really good coffee cake for myself. Fresh oj rounded out my breakfast on Friday morning. Friendly waitress and good food is always a good combination.
Fabulous place for breakfast. We ordered a couple of the specials and both were delicious. We were there on a Sunday morning and it was crowded so the service was a bit slow but the food was so good we didn’t mind. We would definitely go there again.
A great place to feed a hungry family on a road trip. Everyone found what they want. We loved the wide variety of options. Hearty meals, very friendly staff, and good location. Glad we stopped by.
I stopped by around 10am, on a Friday morning. It's definitely a busy business, their food is pretty tasty. The burritos are thick, and prices are reasonable. My friend ordered a veggie skillet plate, and a side of French toast, with drinks it came out to about $50.00 for a party of two. The one thing I didn't like was that customer service wasn't very personable. The waitresses that stopped by didn't introduce themselves. One asked about what drinks we wanted, the other took our order. I ignored it figured the receipt would include their name, but it only says Cashier 1. Either way it's worth a visit.
I've been here a couple times now, and I love this place! They have a HUGE menu, so there should be something there for any person and any appetite, and their portions are big and prices reasonable (the breakfast I ordered included a side biscuit with gravy in addition to the giant omelette and potatoes pictured, for about $16)! The service staff was great the times I went also, very attentive and energetic and funny, which was nice too. It seems like a community favorite, and I can see why!
I've been eating at Henny Penny since i moved to So. Co 30 years ago. Just excellent food, with plenty of options an very good service. Atmosphere just can be little honky tonk for me, but it's basically a Petaluma Ranch style restaurant, comes with territory an it's location. If ranchers go, you know it's plenty of food..
First time in, staff was very friendly and food was great. A classic diner experience. Had the cheese burger with fries and the soft potato like bun sealed the deal. Will be back to try the breakfast next time around.
Very good food, well prepared generous portions atmosphere very comfortable go by yourself or with a friend or family I ordered something out of the ordinary for myself Turkey dinner just like thanks giving meal great! Breakfasts are great.
We stopped here after filling up with gas. It was Super bowl Sunday. I was very concerned at first because it was so crowded. There was a table of 12 that was very loud and rowdy and no one was wearing a mask. We didn’t want to get too far off the freeway so we decided to have lunch before getting back on the freeway. We shared Pete’s sandwich for lunch and it was very good – roast beef, grilled onions, bacon and cheddar cheese on a French roll. Service was good considering how busy the restaurant was. The clientele seems to be mostly locals.
Great food, great service, friendly servers, everyone wearing a mask. fantastic! Deserving of six stars
