10 minutes after walking in, with maybe 7 other customers in the store, and after ordering online to save time, I get HALF of my order. I was so frustrated with the staff abandoning one of their new guys to hand out orders AND the lack of any leadership or guidance from the other staff that I had to leave the store. Had I vented my frustration, I would have realized I got only half of my order. Instead, I tried to be cool and calm and collected and NOT freak out on these guys. Terrible. Absolutely terrible service. And the manager? Walking around with a clipboard doing nothing to help his people out. No wonder no one wants to work these jobs EVEN AFTER the insane pay raise.

Highly dissapointing. Prices are high food was over cooked, some of the fries must have been cooked 3 times. Save money go to The Habit
The burger and fries were good but not going back. Cheese burger and small fry: $13.56, no drink.
