I was pleasantly surprised at how good this place was. Especially for the price. I have absolutely no complaints. If you want good Mexican food, this is the place. I wanted to take their green salsa home ? lol.
I got crispy vegetarian tacos. It had the crumbly white cheese and great salsa. I just loved them. I live an hour away and I need to go back. Those tacos are calling to me.
Too damn good! Best Taqueria in the North Bay. Doesn't matter if you go to the food trucks or the restaurant, it's all good! Sonoma County wins again... I live in Marin and drive up just for this place. Always worth the effort.
Service waa kind, respectful, and professional. The food quality and quantity was worth the price. Just be careful when ordering shrimp because it might be a lot spicier than expected?
EXCELLENT food! Nice staff and clean facility. Parking can be tricky at the dinner hour. Locals ordered to go and had a get away driver double park while they ran in.
Probably Petaluma’s best Mexican food. Exquisite food that will make you want to come back over and over again. The vibe is inclusive and diverse. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The only negative is the parking. Overall, El Roy’s is simply extraordinary.
Very well priced but average in taste for vegetarians. Got a super veggie burrito but the guac and sour cream were concentrated in one area. The size was huge but the filling barely had any vegetables; just lettuce and onions. The free salsa was poor quality but the free radish went well with the burrito. The mandarin jarrito had a super weird taste but was refreshing.
foul stomach an hour later and diarrhea the next morning after eating a large meal here can only mean one thing: these pigs don't bother to keep a clean ship. food is brimming with bacteria. disgusting. i regret wasting money at this dump and will not return. not to mention putting a bunch of gross, oozing cheese in a vegetarian burrito that was supposed to not contain any.
Excellent shrimp burrito! Parking a little tough but worth it. Call ahead to skip the wait.
