I came in at 1:30 to order food and I was told the “sandwich” station was closed. They close at 6pm, what’s going on at this location?

We came in for a coffee and bagel and even though there were only 3 people ahead of us, it took 30 minutes. There were at least 6 people working yet they only had one register open. We got our coffee instantly but after waiting a while for our bagels, we finally asked about them—they hadn’t even started it. So the kid rushed to make them for us and barely gave us any cream cheese. I’d avoid this location.

This has to be the worst Dunkin Donuts in Sonoma County by far. I came in at 11:30am and the donuts were already stale and hard.To top it off, their oven was BROKEN. Not sure if it’s always broken, but it was when I went…The service is nothing special here

I ordered a chai tea latte which wasn't even Luke warm so I asked for it to be warmed more.left with about half cup of barely warm really bad Chai tea.No coffee choices on the wall or anywhere.I will never go back.

So this is a Dunkin. It's in a newer development. They have donuts and coffee. The donuts appear to be machine made but they look tasty. Coffee was good n hot. Sometimes it's hard to communicate in this store. Noise maybe? Best to keep it simple and they might throw 1 or 2 or 55 doughnut holes in your bag!PRO TIP: There is a fenced dog park nearby. Even if u have no dog, you can park on a bench there n drink your coffee..

Very efficient considering there was only one employee. The wait was not very long.

Kinda pricey for what you get but ultimately tasty coffee drinks. The help at this location is a bit apathetic...

Have visited 2 times in last few weeks in afternoon. No seating inside nor is toilets open to public and out of donuts, and other food. only drinks. Coffee was good though.
