The last few times we have been there the order is always wrong. We ordered vegetable rice noodles and got chow mein, beef with tofu comes in a brown sauce, we asked for the tofu to be steamed not fried , they steamed it all with no sauce.The green beans were right and the spring roles so these two are the only things for dinner as we are over an hour away. Looks like we need to find a new spot to pick up dinner on the way home, very unfortunate they used to be 5 stars.
Previously, i had only had this place for takeout. I dined in with my boyfriend for lunch and there were not many other guests there. we ordered two lunch specials that come with an entree and a choice of side between rice, fried rice, and chow mein. They mixed our sides up and I never had any sort of opportunity to say something or even ask for a side plate so we can switch. Their customer service is very rushed. They seat you, take your order, hand you a check and then you leave. There was never anyone to check on if your meal is okay or if you need anything. Very rushed and careless customer service.
Mongolian beef was tasty but too soupy. The fried bean noodles were totally soggy. The meat was cooked on a warm wok, so it came out steamed without any carmelization of burned edges.
Very busy place! Lots of take out business. Food is very good though, no complaints.
We have been there twice It's been very busy both times All the people I talked with In line said they loved it Couple people said try the hot and sour soup And we did it's awesome Also had Chow Mane and Fried rice also awesome We also tried calamari And 2 different beef entrees It's also awesome We also tried homemade pot stickers Again awesome We've been there twice can't wait to go again
Good service, fast and polite. The food was a good portion size. The prices were very fair. To get five stars I would say to use higher quality beef but I understand that would raise the price.

Once again, placed an order for 6pm pickup and nothing was done!!! The driver arrived at 5:10 and was still waiting there at 6:10 no update from city chopsticks!! They kept telling the driver order was not ready and they had no idea when it would be. Trust me I’ve given them numerous tries. Every holiday they get slammed and never deal with it!! Either get it right or do not open around holidays!!
This is the best Chinese food in Petaluma you can find!. We had salmon fried rice, sizzling tofu, sweet and spicy eggplants, salt and pepper fish and a few other things. All are super yummy. Highly recommend this place.
