The "Muddy Waters" was served quickly by the friendly and efficient wait staff. It tasted exactly like smoked brisket should! The au jus complimented the sandwich perfectly. The slaw was great too.The only negative thing is the air circulation fan needs a new bearing as it is extremely loud.
Average. Not particularly reasonable in prices (get a burger for $15 but if you want fries with it, additional $6)The totchos (nachos but with tater tots) were delicious, but the pulled pork and brisket were both fairly average. Certainly not "world class" as another reviewer claimed. Sides were far too thick - both the mac and cheese and pit beans were basically congealed. The brisket was better than the pulled pork but neither were good enough to make me want to recommend this place.The staff were pleasant.
Went for my birthday very low key the guys working there are awesome . Bbq was good and the tapas type apps were delicious everything we had was tasty. Support your local business community these guys are literally working the whole restaurant with two people cut them some slack they are doing best they can shirt staffed
The best burger in Sonoma county hands down. Probably in all of Northern California. And the Muddy Waters sandwich might be even better. Always a great experience.
I stopped off here for lunch and I was not disappointed! Butcher Crown Roadhouse came recommended by a local in Petaluma, so I thought it would be worth checking out.The building is small and unassuming, but they have a nice patio area with plenty of seating both outside and in. Our server was super nice and he worked his butt off to serve every one that was there.The food was killer! I had the Roadhouse Burger with Pit Beans on the side, and it was amazing. The burger was cooked to perfection and the beans were stellar.I cannot recommend this place enough. If you're ever in the Petaluma area, be sure to give Butcher Crown a try.
Really solid bbq! Pork is world-class and the sides are awesome. Brisket is incredibly solid and among the best I've had in Northern California. Can't wait to try more of the menu!
Burger was great, loaded tots were good too. Minus 1 star for not having any brisket available at lunch (sold out) and some menu items being on the expensive side. Will definitely be back to try the brisket.
Had the brisket plate. So good! We ended up getting the last, and it was only 1, do i strongly suggest you get there early!
The to go service I received was horrible. The brisket was the only thing they had (no way to find out if pork was gone because they don't answer the phone) it was stone cold and greasy. 3 small straps of brisket for $32! hardly worth it. I am thoroughly unimpressed! My wife is from Memphis and wouldn't eat it.
Had an excellent lunch with friends, great outdoor space, tots were generous & delicious, brisket was succulent, excellent beer selection, and attentive wait staff -- highly recommend! Love the Roadhouse. ??
