Nice patio that was dog friendly. The food was good, but they charged us $2 more than the menu price on one of the items.
Staff themselves were fine but the location is so badly understaffed it was 15min - 20min between getting served. That's between every drink as well.
Probably not my favorite wings place in Petaluma, and also probably not my favorite BDubs location, but it gets the job done. A lot of the other reviews here don't speak at all to my experience. Parking was easy, location was fine, we had good service, the food was good, and the price was typical for BDubs. The wings and rings and fries and veggies were all exactly as we expected.
Slow service took an hour. Then the wings were cold and salty. We ordered the smallest wings they had and the bill was about 80 for one person and a child. Worst wings ever
We made an order for pick-up but when we came home it was the wrong order. We came back to pick up the correct order but when we came home for the second time, part of the order was missing. The food looked like it had been sitting for a while even though they told us that they made us a new order. The boneless chicken pieces we ordered were supposed to be mild but were hot so the kids could not eat them and finally, I found a long hair in my burger. A very unpleasant experience.
Employees clearly don't give a s*** about putting the right sauces with the orders even after I asked them to confirm for my wife. The plastic soda bottle had also been damaged and was flat/open.
The manager questioned weather I was a service member, other than that very good. Food and drinks were great.

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings on Sunday and I regret it. First of all they took to hour to give us our food. One hour and 30 minutes past and I asked what was happening with the food they said they lost it and that we’re going to make another order but the food was going to be for free.30 minutes past and the food came and we ate.after we finished they brought the check. The lady said her manager could let her give us the food for free. We told her we need to talk to the manager and she came and said we had to pay for it and it was because they only had to chief. So I told her one it’s not my fault there only two chiefs and second why did other people get there food before us. She just started screaming and said she was going to call the police because we didn’t wanna pay for it. We were willing to pay half the check because who waits two hours for food and plus they said it was going to be for free.
I ordered through Doordash. The order I received through Doordash is NOT the food I ordered. I received 30 classic wings for Asian Zing wings with 2 set of large Fries. READ THE RECEIPT BEFORE PUTTING IT IN THE BAG. I hope Buffalo Wild Wings Petaluma sees my comment. The manager must see this disappoinment.
