With my recent experience with Applebee's in Rohnert Park I had my reservations about eating out. Petaluma Applebee's changed that. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left everything was incredible! Our server was very busy but she never missed anything. We ordered drinks to start & my typical, I started with a ice water with lemon while I made up my mind, my kids ordered their drinks as well. When she returned with exactly what we ordered they ordered appetizers & we all asked for margaritas, by the time she came back with all that we knew what we wanted & placed our meal order. Anytime we needed something she was on top of it. I am extremely grateful for the service we received that night. Thank you Petaluma Applebee's! You guys are all amazing! We will be back!
Had a really nice lunch today. Rachael was our server and was so friendly and provided one of the best restaurants experiences I have had in a long time.The food was standard issue, but the service was top knotch!
Great place for family restaurant. But they overcooked my ripeye steak.
Was passing through on a work trip and it has been a DAY. I walked in and was greeted immediately. I asked for a seat away from other people and the gal who greeted me gave me a seat secluded seat by a window. She empathized with my mood and gave me exactly what I needed. I was impressed with the service, the food was what I expected and the beer was tasty and cold. I can't remember her name, but she was amazing. Thank you!
Great Service Good food
We stopped in here for a late lunch while on a road trip. We were lucky enough to hit the happy hour! I had the chicken quesadillas and shared a Stone Hazy IPA. Both were delicious. The service was fantastic. We are very happy that we stopped at this location.
Food is pretty good. Good place to hang out at night. I usually have food to go though.
Service was great. Food was eh, as to be expected at Applebee's. The drinks could have been made better.Overall the server made it a good experience and we would come back for cheap drinks.
