Absolutely the worst Wingstop in history. Rude manager at night and 3 mins after we sit down to eat she tells us we have to leave. We are truck drivers and we sat down to eat a meal and this is how we are treated. The girl would not tell me her name either what a joke food for less chicken is cheaper and you won’t get attitude do yourself a favor don’t come to this location.Sad that Wingstop does not respond to any reviews or complaints I did the survey and asked to be contacted still nothing they sent email for a free order of fries what a joke inrather speak to a supervisor and let them know how bad this place is but they do not contact anyone back I have asked my friend a and 2 of them have complained about this same location and they never heard back either I’m goin to social media to let everyone know since they can’t be responsible enough to contact the customers
I walk in, wasn’t acknowledged by the worker just looked at me and looked away while she did something on the computer. I place an order during my lunch messed up 2 out of 3 orders. Called them and were giving me trouble when asked for replacement. When I was finally able to get my replacement meal they STILL messed up on that order. At this point I gave up and didn’t even try to have them fix it. Horrible service.
My wings were raw after a 40min wait for a simple pick up!!! Never going there again
I'm only giving it two starts because the young man working the cash register is a cool guy. It seems the rest of them who come them to time to call out the names of the phone and online orders are lagging. Twice this week, they've missed me with my order while I was standing right there, and my food was already cold..so they redid my French fries, but then, the chicken was cold and the fries were hot. So tired of that type of service. You have to keep calling names of the orders so people know when their order is up. Ugh.
They gave me dry wings when I ordered bbq & ruby wanted to charge me for more bbq sauce. I already paid for it with the order, they just gave me dry wings. Rude & a lot of attitude, your better off driving to a different location.
Service was great, very polite even tho they were super busy. My order was on time. They had the on the tv's while we waited. Thank you wingstop
Let me update you people on wing stop in perris, 92570. First of all the staff is so slow and lazy. The manger by the name of Sandra is a joke. She is unprofessional and had no manger skill set. She needs to be coach and demoted from her position.i do not recommend anyone ordering from this location. It takes them 35 mins to make a 6 piece and small frie combo.
They had to find my online order, said it must have been misplaced. Offered me more chicken I just wanted my order.
