This place is pretty good actually, I stopped by on my way to work to get a coffee and other goods, I didn't give it the five stars is becouse since I started visiting it restrooms it's been always closed to public I've been asked and their arguments it's been always the same "sorry, out of service". To me, this is no appreciation to customers.
It was good until this new staff came in ... Not customer friendly people friendly just not friendly at all. And the quality of their donuts not the same /:
Like others have said, there is a morning person at this establishment that if I say she is rude it would be an understatement. She seems miserable and she should have no business being up front.
Watch out for the morning person in there. The owner/managers daughter. I saw her telling her coworker to throw away my debitcard when i accidentally left it at the counter, rather than give it back. I've never given this person one hint of attitude despite her bad service ive never reacted and its always a bad experience with this individual.
Fresh food the veggie sandwich was well put together Fresh ingredients Friendly service
Good afternoon, my name is Renee and I work for CBS news. I placed a Door Dash order for store location; Winchell's E 4th Street (Perris, CA) today January 20th, 2022 around 12:08 pm PST and had one of the most disturbing experiences ever.I placed a lunch order for myself and a couple of co workers who happened to be allergic to peanuts and coconut toppings. I noticed after I placed order for a half dozen donuts there was no option to pick what assortment of donuts we wanted. I called in to the store at 1210 pm PST on January 20th, 2022 to get a gentleman with very heavy accent who answered. I explained to the unknown male personnel that we have an allergy dilemma and its imperative that I can confirm what assortments they are putting in the box, he told me per Winchell's Door Dash order policy they can place any assortment at their discretion and could not assist my request. I asked for a manager, he said he was the manager and refused to give his name. I was in disbelief to think a food service would not accommodate an allergy request. Only asking to not put a specific topping(s) with order, and gentleman hung up on me .I called right back to get gentleman's name when a woman named Jessica answered. I immediately asked for the manager and Jessica advised she was too a manager. When I asked her for gentleman's name she refused and said what do I need his name for, told me to have a nice day and hung up on me.This isolated incident lead to a complaint with Door Dash, several online reviews, and now a corporate complaint. I also have considered pushing this narrative to my news team. Its very unfortunate that we have people who are representing your company's management team that barely speaks English, not accommodating to health request, and extremely unprofessional. Luckily I recorded the call for evidence and I expect these two alleged managers to be reprimanded immediately after reviewing this complaint.
Walked in to Winchell's location in Perris, on 4th Street today, waited for almost 10 mins before I was assisted. The woman who did assist was a manager and was extremely rude, was very unfriendly, rushing me as I was trying to confirm my order. I never been to that location before, and I will never ever go back there again. Need to restaff or retrain your managers, very despicable.
The girl working the graveyard shift made me the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. I will be definitely back!
This is not LA, you don't need to wear a mask. I had to take my money to Krispy Kream, they don't make no one wear a mask
I went to Winchell's Coffee House today and it was my first time ordering at this establishment. The establishment and dining area were very clean. I ordered one single Maple Cruller.Joanna, the employee at the front counter was very helpful and patient with me as I looked over the many options they offer. I went in in the afternoon so the donuts were still fresh from the morning and it wasn't busy at all. They also offer food delivery through Door Dash, Uber Eats and Postmates as well.I would recommend this establishment for people in the area looking for a coffee house to meet up at, or a place to relax.Keep in mind, currently the restrooms are not open to the public due to Maintenance.
