Good food but it takes a long time to get anything. Also they act like when you ask for any sause like it's coming from a stash and they are running out. I dont like asking for 2 packs of sause and they say they can only give 1. You're giving me more or I want a refund. Not pleasant
Employees look miserable here and they’re always understaff compare to other waba grills. Never feel welcome when walking in and ordering. The lady in the front rolling her eyes when taking order. Horrible customer service.
First time I went they forgot our extra carrots and did not offer even a free soda if I drove back also that same order then realized no potstickers in my bag 10 of them?and still to compensate nothing offered sad really sad second time I went only because the person I was with wanted to go I thought I’d give it a try again never one and ask for my refund for my potstickers just ordered again they gave me someone else’s order and there was a hair in it?
Visited here today 11/8/21I’m not from this area and I decided to try and grab something on my lunch. I chose WaBa Grill. The chicken plate wasn’t what o expected and the taste was very bland and not tasteful. I would not eat there again. First impression was nasty and although I am practicing small portions. The portions as a plate was too small. I could have ordered the bowl for the same amount ??Please fix this for the locals. Because if it was left up to me. This place would be out of business.
Incredibly dissatisfied. I ordered food online with receipt and they did not give me my food? I called the store and the phones were unavailable. Definitely going to dispute with my bank as I payed but did not receive my food.
