Newly renovated. Attractive. Never has enough Guatamalan coffee beans.Runs out of product early when Starbucks do a Star giveaway

The store was 100% empty, I was in the drive through line for 40 minutes not even an exaggeration. When I pulled up. No one was on the speaker system, waited a few min, nothing. I roll up to the window. Empty all lights on no body home. Drove upfront nothing. I have pictures if you would like to see an empty store. Well before closing time, might i add. No signs of closure at all. I never ever leave messages online but this was a complete waste of time, and ive not been this ticked iff by a business ever. I could not even leave the drive through lane after 20 mim of waiting, joking to my self i bet somethingis wrong. Idk if the people left mid way of me waiting in line or a lot of people got their time wasted. This is aggravating. I understand long lines but at least you are rewarded with what you have been waiting for. This is just infuriating. I will make sure people hear about this. The worst starbucks store.

Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to! 20min to get two lattes, which weren’t even full. The first and last time I will go here.

We always go here and its always great but today new years eve we went bc maps says till 10pm! And it was packed. Line even to the stop waiting a hour and half. We was fine waiting and then we saw all the employees leaving laughing talking we was like cool shift change or something. We got to theSpeaker and no answer the truck in front speed off mad and hours said 3pm instead of 10pm on the window. Their was still alot of people in drive thru unaware at all some angry. The employees saw the whole line before they left and told us nothing or even put a sign saying close nothing at all it wasn't ok to do.

Waste of time and energy even coming to this store. Not open and drive thru only. Idle in your car minutes to get coffee? I think Starbucks should pay an environmental fee for this lol

I order 2 grandes hot chocolates and they were half way fill I also order a grande caramel brulee came the same half way fill

Wait times are ridiculous, even when you order ahead through the app. The whole point of ordering ahead is to not have to wait for your order when you arrive. I consistently have to wait 5 to 10 minutes for them to finish prepping order even though I order 10-15 minutes ahead. The staff is the one and only redeeming quality if this place. Someone needs to explain to the manager that they need to hire MORE staff and keep them there for the busiest times. The Ramona Expressway store is just as busy if not busier and there is never a problem with the wait times, or rarely anyway. Maybe they should take some pointers from that store....

Normally I do a mobile order at this location and I have never had any issues with them. However, today I went through the drive-thru and ordered my stuff. The girl at the window was giving me back the wrong change and I stopped her telling her that she doesn't need to give me actual coin change because of what I gave her. She seemed highly confused so I was trying to walk her through it and after we were done with the transaction a young man came to the window with an attitude letting me know that it was "just an accident." I myself was not rude in any way shape or form nor did I have an attitude and because of his attitude I felt like I needed to explain to him that I just didn't want her to get in trouble. Not sure what's going on with customer service nowadays.SMH
