I Was in line for about 20 min to get my kids 2 cake pops. All I had was a $100 bill and I didn’t get my kids the cake pops because they didn’t have “change” . I mean they make 1000+ a day, how do they not have change? There was no sign that said “no bills over $20” or anything. So disappointed
They got the order wrong so they had to remake drink and instead of being professional one of the employees wrote on cup holder a smart remark that is uncalled for
they make the best caramel brulee latte
I do mobile orders so it's always fast service and friendly when I come in.
All customers are important not only the ones on drive-thru.....
They take too long bringing back Frappuccinos
