This store has the rudest people working there. I went on 5/6 at 12:30pm and the staff member omg were short and rude with the customers. The guest in front of me was waiting to pay and he asked one employee can I play for this? And the employee answered with an attitude “yes you have to wait for the other person to come back”. Then when it was my turn I asked I called to check on a product availability and I don’t see it. Another employee not the one that was helping me answered “that’s all we have, If you don’t see it we don’t have it!”. I have never experienced such rude customer service at any Starbucks unexceptionable! Will never visit that store again.
Bad experience this morning picking up my coffee! On my way to work I place my order before I leave to ensure it's ready by the time I arrive, I order my coffee extra hot so that I can show up 5 to 10 mins. late to reduce wait time..... when I arrived this morning there was at least 10 people waiting for their drink.... I patiently waited for 10 mins. (the order is now 20 mins. after the actual pickup time) knowing that now I will be late for work, and when I finally spoke up KATHY said, ''Well we're backed up, do you want a refund?" Are you kidding me! That's your response to YOU making a group of people late to work! Bad customer service!

Comfortable place to meet and work while drinking a delicious hot coffee
Reporting this store and the drive through employee that served me to corporate. Put salt in my latte, because I was upset that she couldn't figure out how to make the same drink that I have been ordering for years (decaf light almond milk latte), and literally never been asked follow up questions about it ever. She couldn't seem to figure it out, and instead of apologizing and providing good customer service, was rude at the window, and put salt in my drink. Really, really disappointed with this Starbucks and their awful employee, and as I said will be reporting to corporate.
They were busy and I was waiting but they all were working hard and I got my order on time. If you don't like to wait dint go when its busy ?

They messed up my drink, i called they had no problem replacing it. Because of this I will return and give them my business.
The staff here are always great! Same quality coffee you expect from any Starbucks. But this place is starting to show it's age. Maybe it's because this area has high traffic, but it seems less clean than most other Starbucks.
