I order from this store via DoorDash and Drive thru and what you get when you order red beans and rice barely fills half the container they pack it in. The food is usually cold, rarely hot for sure. Each time there is a little less product than the time before when it come to Mac n cheese etc, not to mention the packaging does not keep the food warm and by the time you get home food is cold and the lobby is closed. Not worth it anymore. Catch up the product to the price increases
The first time I went to this popeyes drive thru, I ordered fries and they gave me less than half of what should have been in the bag. About a month later I sent my son, and again he came home with about 10 fries. WTH, those aren't .99 cent fries, they charge more than 3.00 for those fries. The bag is already small, I expect it to be full. Check your fries before you drive away.
The drive thru lady taking the order is rude. I just ask her to read my order back cause I knew she heard me wrong. Insteadnof sweat heat dipping sauce she said sweet tea. I did not order sweet tea. Inefficient. She could be fast in taking order but she takes order by mistake.
Friendly. Clean. Customer service is great. However waited over 20 min for my order as the drive thru kept flowing. When we ask at the 20 mark the manager said it was just coming up. This was after he ask the cook where they were. He had not dropped them for fry until he was ask about them. We ordered a 16 piece tender at 1230.
Chicken was cooked in burnt oil, you could taste it on the chicken as the chicken was also super dark, manager on duty was super rude and workers made fun saying "there chicken was the best" ok than why did you cook it in burnt oil? Maybe try it? I had a family to feed and they didn't get to eat because the chicken was burnt tasting and I was afraid it would upset there stomach, Also manager refused to give refund stating that I didn't have all the pieces of chicken, not once did they make eye contact with me or even apologize. They also Didn't give back receipt as I wanted to call corporate and state how unhappy I was with service.
Terrible customer service!Look! I don't blame on the employees. I saw they're trying to do their best but the lack and poor training that comes from the top makes the big difference.
Wow! So first of all waited 40+ minutes... For food then... Got to window and they made us wait +15 additional minutes then cancelled items they didn't have shortchanging in process... And you look around bunch of highschoolers running the restaurant... Then some boy name david comes to the window and says what... So we looked at him and said you are short.. and again he said whattt? Like its okay that there isn't enough workers but popeyes please find courteous help... For top dollar fast food you should definitely have better service.
The menu is basic CHICKEN, I ordered a regular chicken and I received it 42 minutes later!!!! Terrible service!! And as if that were not enough, the fries that I ordered they gave me cold!
We always get it delivered and this time we went through drive through! The worst chicken I’ve ever had! Very dry! So disappointed!
It was pretty good, I had stop eating at Popeye 's because it always tastes like the chicken was old are the grease was burnt. This was a pleasant surprise. I will go back to this one. Perris Blvd.
