I stop by yesterday to one of my favorites children papeyes in perris !! I used the drive true!! And Richel introduced herself laugh and clear !! It took a little longer to get our order but we know that every were we go specially fast food restaurants are running short of stuff!! But Rachel and her team work were berry professionals!! As always!!
They close earlier than 11:00 on Friday night it's 10 pm and drive-thru is blocked off and the dining room is never open. It's like they don't want our money?
This is this one of the worst Popeyes I have ever been to in a while. never has mac and cheese never has chicken manager always tells me that nothing's done and it going to be a wait I'm just so fed up of all the young people working there and always messing up the orders... mess up part is its the close one to home ..
I had to repeat my order 3 or 4 times and they still didn't get it right. Another time they asked if I wanted to wait for the fish sandwich because it would take a long time.
They are rude. Forget to add things in my orders it always happens. They take long and when you see what they are doing they literally just talk and play around in the back. Waste of my time and inconvenient.
Service was good and workers were nice. The chicken and biscuits tasted very good, but the fries tasted like they had been sitting for a bit too long. Do plan to go more times though.
It was not as fresh and hot as other Popeyes. The manager was kind of unhappy and it was not that crowded.
I'm sure others are aware, but I feel like all Popeye's are notorious for their lack of customer service, slow times, etc. But we all love them, so we live with it. This location by far has to be the worst one though (hence why I normally go to the one on Perris Blvd.).Below is my current list of complaints for this store regarding my most recent visit:-I got three tenders. Of the three, one of them was the size of my pinky finger no joke.-They were supposed to be spicy, and these ones were regular-I paid for one of their special sauces (Sweet Heat) because that's how it came up. No biggie, but I didn't receive said sauces.
Absolute garbage. Never have any chicken sandwiches always run out of everything and the wait lines for the drive through are ridiculous. Dine in is always closed due to short staff. DO NOT COME HERE ITS A WASTE OF TIME.
The spicy chicken sandwich was delicious and fast but the restaurant was out of straws.
