If I could give you 0 stars I would . They gave me the wrong pizza and after that they took 15 mins just to figure out that they did give me the wrong pizza like really no I told them they gave me the wrong order for fun after that they took another 15-20 mins just to give me back the same pizza with raw jalapeños like are you serious do you eat raw meat no exactly honestly worst experience ever!!
I came to this location couple of times and they keep being rude and with lack of kindness. I went for Cinabon through curb side and I waited for around 5 minutes, their window was closed and nobody approached to me, there was one person looking at his computer screen and never checked on me. I had to ring the bell for someone can assist me. Whoever assisted me did not have any manners and only charged me and then a second person came (lady) very nice she gave me my cinabon, finally. This place needs to improve and focus in customer service. Employees need to be trained so they can provide better service.
Pic speaks for itself. Was suppose to be 2 hand tossed, well-done pizzas. Instead got a nickel thin cracker crust on both.P.S. Corporate Customer Service 5 stars. Issued store credit, was able to order quality product this time.

It was the app not the store. The store was exceptional as always! The app was glitchy for me. Otherwise everything was smooth.
Every time I place an order I feel like I need to call the store before my order goes out for delivery to ensure I get a cold soda and not a room temperature one like today. This is ridiculous, it should be common sense. Such an inconvenience especially when you try to call them to, yes, to complain and they never answer the phone.
The worst customer service EVER...From the time I called to place my order and the lady on the phone was so RUDE and every unhelpful I was told the pizza was one price and ended up being way more than I expected.To make it even better it was not really to be picked up at the time they told me to pick up still had to wait almost 30minmoreThis is not the first time this has happened sadly.
Got the order so fast, and on Christmas eve! Was a large order and helped out the holiday preparations by taking off the stress of cooking for the night, thank you guys so much and merry Christmas!
I somehow wound up with 3 cheese pizzas and 2 of them where burnt. Spent almost $70 on burnt pizzas. Smh.
So stingy with there ingredients and don’t answer phone calls.
