I came to pick up my order and it was $43.76 and I was going to pay with a $50 dollar bill, and they wouldn't take it because the policy they don't take bills over $20, so I told them that they could keep the change because it was only like $6 or $7 and they still said they wouldn't take the $50 bill. So my question is ,If my order comes out to $50. Will they take the $50 bill.? Or do I have to literally have to go and get 2 $20s and 1 $10.? ?I'm not mad, I just wouldn't like to have employees in my company that kill my businesss, because it might not seem a lot if I never come back to this store again. But in long term they literally just lost a couple thousand $ a year from just me
Horrible serviceWe made a purchase today and we received some of our item very dry and with almost no sauce. Talked with Jeff manager and after explaining how I received my food he said “ so what do you want me to do”. A manager would not be asking that question. They don’t offer anything for them and they are not giving us what we order. They said they can only slightly put sauce. If you look on the picture they are very dry. He did absolutely nothing and did not care. I spent about $70 in food and I expect to get my moneys worth. Papa Johns is horrible now. Increased prices, increased delivery fees, very little amounts of sauce, no longer provide free peppers or cheese. I will have to look for another pizza company. So disappointed.
They don’t respect their own publish timings, 10:45 pm they were close on Saturday evening, sad
Order is never right since you started using the out call phone service please change that it's better to talk to someone at the store you get the pizza from
I used to not have a problem with the pizza but now they are really bad. My pizza came out mostly uncooked with the toppings at the bottom.
Garlic knots are so yummy and the Bbq chicken bacon parmesan crusted papadilla is amazing!! Always great customer service ☺️
Pizza is not my thing, it was for the grandkids. I guess it was good, they ate the whole thing
Recently papa johns has been a big fail. My order was missing items and the some of the food was missing sauce. They offered a free pizza because they could send out drivers due to driver shortage. They stated they were partnering with one of those delivery company’s. I called to place my order for free pizzas and the person that answered was about to take order when she stated I had to speak with the main store for my pizzas. When I mentioned I was ordering my free pizzas the girl at the main store stated they were ni longer taking orders because they were trying to catch up on other orders. If that was the case why was the other girl going to take my order for delivery. They wouldn’t send me my free pizzas which were free because they messed up my previous order. They are horrible.
Been order from this store for a while and not once can they send the right sauce that I ask for when it's delivered
This place is so fast...!!! I came picked up(*good customer service*) and went bout my way... unlike the Lake Elsinore establishment which were HORRIBLE... this Papa Johns gets these stars bcus they actually answered their phone and tried their best to have the best customer service!!!
