Food tasted nasty. I had to go back threw drive thru for my receipt. Called told to go in with the food to be replaced. Gave her 3french fries and chicken nugget. & 2 sweet teas which had was to much syrup. She only gave me 2 French fries and no chicken nuggets back & only 1 drink. I had to tell her for my other drink and French fries and chicken nuggets. I also had my burgers replaced and she gave me 3 cheese burgers . I gave her 2 hamburgers & 1 chicken sandwich to replace as well. Not 3 cheese burgers. Talk to your staff about replacing customers orders. Look in the bag and see what is being handed to you and confirm with the customer to correctly replace the order. So disappointing.
EVERY single time we go here, they get everything wrong, items are missing, and it’s overran by teenagers from perris high school. The bathrooms are always blocked off, even to pregnant paying customers.Not to mention the food is always stale, or cold, I’ve even been served food that had a throw out time of the exact time it was served.It’s a total train wreck. There are plenty of other fast food places nearby that would be a better option.
No one works front anymore. Stood there for 10 mins, made eye contact with multiple people and was ignored by all. Had to stop a guy from going back to hang out in the dining room to ask if I could order inside or is it drive thru only, his response, thrown over his shoulder, was that the dining room was open. Any one of those people could have said, "sorry for the wait, I'll be with you in a min." Instead their lack of customer service and professionalism is sending my money elsewhere.
Just ordered 2 big mac combos and both big macs had only 1 patty, they seem to have cooks with humor. Many bad experiences at this location. Anyone is better off driving further to a different location.
I’m not sure why, but they never add the condiments to their burgers unless it’s a Big Mac. Their McDouble never comes with pickles or mustard, it’s just a double cheeseburger with ketchup. Their other burgers have mayo slathered on only one side and 3 hairs of lettuce. Not to mention how long their wait time is during the day. Absolutely ridiculous.I will say, the two they have working around 4/5am are absolutely the sweetest people ever and super welcoming.
What a mess. Service = 0 no greeting no thank waited and waited to get my order taken it was a simple two double cheese burger. When I got it it looked like it was cooked yesterday!!! Horrible taste super dry slapped on a small bun top patty out half way and tasted like a cardboard. Never again . Not a single clean table . I took a picture but couldn’t added to review.
Don't even get me started at this McDonalds....?.. Lol.. This Mc Donalds is not organize at all. To start it off. Lots of times I have went in to order. Never once was I ever greeted or a hi nothing... They have person up front. She doesn't have somebody else going to get the food orders.. She leaves.... Doesn't cone back till 5 or 10 mins later with a small order. The last order!!. I have had a lot of my order not complete. Usually missing a few of my items.. This happens 7 out of 10 times!!... Rediculus!! . Their manager and lead people on the floor don't run their areas right... Drive-thru the same.. I'm not saying its the. Youngster fault. They weren't trained properly... It falls on the managers there... I like my quarter pounder burger and hot fresh fries. Love their Cokes!!.. ?✨..This location in Perris is terrible.. It is there , convienance...
Waiting to make my payment after I’ve ordered and young girl is texting making while making me wait. Since when do personal messages are more important than the customers? No shame.
I wish i could give 0 stars because fuuuuuuu- the service is so bad they ignore you and forget so many things when you receive your order i swear to god some lady with glasses she looked old was taking a hispanic guys order and he was struggling to speak in english so when he was done she all of the sudden spoke spanish knowing the guy was struggling on top of that me and several other people were waiting around trying to get someone’s attention because they forgot to add straws butter syrup etc they were so rude and the trash cans bro they have no basket or bag the trash is just on the floor…ON THE FLOOR. I should’ve taken pictures because that place was DISGUSTING AND ON TOP OF THAT I ORDERED AN ICE COFFEE THEY LITERALLY GAVE ME MILK WITH ICE AND SUGAR THAT SHI WAS WHITE
