because I went to the New Paris location waited 18 minutes in the Drive-Thru when it wasn't packed at all just five cars in front of me each car took forever when I paid I waited there for 8 minutes while I seen about 14 customers get pizza on the inside they told me they didn't have no more and ready after waiting at their window after I paid for 8 minutes they told me to wait outside and they'll bring me pizza they said they'll bring it to me waited over 20 minutes because I kept seeing customers walking in and out. I asked if they had an extra most bestest hot and ready they said they did try to charge me for it i told them I already paid been waiting outside they called the person at the window they said oh I'm sorry we forgot about you
I had to dock a star. Simply for there was 1 menu item that was actually "Hot And Ready" and that was the Classic Pepperoni. However, i wish to credit the person working the drive through/up window. He was honest and straight with me about the extended timing if I were to order a different pizza. He was very respectful and empathetic through his honesty and the way he took ownership of the inconvenience and represented his store. Sadly respect, proper manners, kindness and other courtesies have become a rarity. Manners and respect are no longer common practice for our world in crisis and during this pandemic.He was an unexpected and warm pleasantry! One I didn't know I'd missed so much... I wish I'd asked for his name. But none the less...Kudo's to this young man and the other crew members for making kindness and respect common practice. I thank them for making me smile. Kindness is effortless and infectiously contagious so keep on spreading smiles!
I don’t know what happened to this food. Normally little Caesar’s crazy bread is fluffy and covered in butter and seasoning. Our crazy bread was crunchy, hard, and had no seasoning in it at all. Normally their cheesy bread is fluffy and fully cooked. Our cheesy bread was stiff and undercooked. All in all, it was disgusting. Their dough was not their normal recipe and it was obvious.
Ordered the ExtraMostBestest Sausage & this is what we received, which looks like less sausage than the Classic Sausage.I called & they said they'd replace the pizza for free the next day, so that is good. But these kids definitely need more training or just look at a picture & copy what's on the picture
Good for you, cusps to the management team!I was picking up a large order of pizzas for a party and there was a mistake in my order. The young man who appeared to be the shift supervisor was well trained and had excellent customer service!He jumped right in and helped us solve everything quickly, I’m talking Chick-fil-A customer service! They instantly made a fun situation a superior customer service experience.
We called Little Caesars 3 hours prior to the time we needed to pick up the pizza and paid in advance. When I got there they said the order wasn't ready and asked me to pull around. I waited another 20 minutes and saw two other people get served before I decided to go in. When I went in my order was just sitting there in the warmer. I explained to the cashier that I had a business meeting and was using that food for the meeting and was a half an hour late at the time and all the cashier could say was well I'm sorry. The pizza was burnt and I will not be using that Little Caesars again.
Every time we have ordered form this store the Pizza literally taste like CardBoard! They Overcook it every time and I swear to myself I would never buy there again and sometime we ended up getting some last night! Not Impressed! If I wanted Cardboard I would make my own at home and burn it. Not sure why this location is the worst in St George! Never again will I get pizza here until they learn to not overcook it! Even the crazy bread is gross and dry!
Service is slow the whole place is chaos I had ordered my calzone and crazy bread at 2:00 this afternoon place to order for five and it is still not ready I've been ignored multiple times while I am still sitting in line and here it is 5:30 not one pizza is ready to be picked up in the kiosk I eat at Little Caesars all the time but not this one in Paris and I will never return again very filthy you can see either cobwebs or old man dangling in the air off the kiosk machine also very very unclean unsanitary do yourself a favor if you live in the city of Paris go to the one off of Nuevo I've never had any problems like this before and I drive by this one every day from work and I see groups of people outside waiting on orders constantlyp consider yourself warned do not make the same mistake
Although 8/10 times the pizza is not up to part figured Ill give it another try so I called to place an pick up order and was immediately told “we’re out of pepperoni and we’re not taking anymore orders due to line out the door” first of all how did he “know” I wanted pepperoni?Also why did you assume I minded the wait time? Just awful customer service.
If I could give no stars I would, I waited 45 minutes to an hour and they didn’t have my order ready. They tried to get me to pay an extra $20 because “ I didn’t order correctly” horrible staff
