Poor customer service. Not sure if she was the owner or manger but she was extremely rude & it seemed like it bothered her when I asked if the todtilocos had jicama. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Today January 31st first time going into buy ice cream here. It was an experience I bought two ice cream sandwiches strawberry with chocolate cookie and they were both loaded with salt from the machine that makes the ice cream I go back to get a refund the girl says that she can't give me a refund cuz she doesn't know how I will never set foot in that place again to top it off when I paid for my ice cream I tipped her $3 poor customer service
WORST SERVICE!!!I have been there several times and I always think that maybe the next one will be better, this was the final one, adding that the supposed owner named Pamela does not seem to care what happens in her store.
I stopped in about 6:30 today looking for an elotè on the stick. They didn’t serve those, it’s just something about them is why I always get them. I normally hate the cups. The young lady that was on shift at the time not only recommended that I try the one in the cup, but she must have made it with love. So good I stopped at another Michoacana on the way home to San Jacinto. It just was not the same. I was very disappointed with those results. I just wanted to tell the young lady thank you at this store. See you again soon.
