They’re slipping… last 2 times I was there, substandard in different ways. A week ago, got a burrito w/no beans, no lettuce. Usually it gets made with a little more of each ingredient, but this time was 65% rice and a dab of the other items. And, the chicken was dry and tasteless! A big disappointment— Today I went; the chicken was moist and excellent again, but the cashier (might be new) had problems with ‘no cheese on one taco’ (out of 3)…repeating, and pointing a number of times was needed. She also forgot the tomatoes (I gave up on bringing this to her attention); seemed to take my ‘special order’ as a way to ruin her day. If these things can get straightened out, I’ll go again. Perhaps the manager that decided, at this store, that beans should always be only half-cooked (standard here for over 10 years) has become a DSM… I may have to go back to Pomona to get a decent JPlo meal again. A pity.
Well came and it was 9:13 and its already close like why put you hour menu at 10am-10pm when you close an hour before
Today I bought the mini pack and the chicken was raw. When I went to ask for another they commented me that they put frozen chicken but they tried living to my face saying it was cooked even if it was pink . I'm so angry because my 2 year old ate a small piece of this and I know he can get sick from eating raw chicken. You need better staff! Will never buy there again.
Their chicken is always the bomb.. tastes so lemony. Fresh and delicious.

I always get lunch for my office and the last time I went they forgot my beans. I was already back at work, 15 minutes away when I realized it and called them and they gave me such a hard time. They didn't believe me and I told them to look at their cameras if they wanted to and they told me to go back but I told them I'd go back the next day. The next day I ordered food and when I reminded them about the beans they didn't care and didn't honor the conversation we had about giving me the extra beans on my next visit. I even showed them the receipt. Very rude service. Definitely not worth my drive!
I have been going to juan pollo perris location for years , excellent food and staff and fast serviceI move to menifee which is 13 miles away and still going for that great bird. I gave 3 star now because last 3 visits the chicken is dry , no juice , hard to eat I don't know if is a different ownerthese 3 times I was hoping maybe it was one time mistake ,but all 3 times were same dry bird . I will give it another chance I hope they noticed or read this I'm crossing my fingers that next time it's back to juicy chicken , I will keep you posted.
I like everything except PLEASE learn how to cook your tortillas!! I always have to come back home and cook them again because they are not cooked right.. Porfavor Enseñense a calentar bien las tortillas!
