Went to jack in the box to get my son who has autism frys.( which he will only eat) when I went to the speaker I asked if anyone was there cause no one greeted me after a few moments . I was then told what the hell can I help you with. I was shocked but then continued to ask how much their frys where and he then continued to degrade me and say you can’t read the price is their. I asked why the price he gave me was different from the screen he then continued to cuss me out . And stop talking. I pulled to the window to ask who I spoke to. And ask why I was being treated this way . He began to mistreat me and cuss me and while my son began to feel unsafe. What upset me more was the manager just laughed at me while the employee yelled at me. The managers name was Elizabeth. He then shut the door on me. My son began to have a panic attack freaking out. Unexceptable. Bad enough my son has trouble eating now he’s scared to eat at the only place he did eat at.

Extremely bad experience. Late at night on the road far from home, few places to go, placed order online to prepare now, went to drive thru and was declined service after two times driving through and being told twice within 15 minutes on the same night that their system was down for about 15 minutes (no progress on 2nd time).The male server on Sunday night was extremely rude and yelled at me after I tried to ask some questions about orders, interrupting last question because he didn't know how to answer. Then said they won't serve me at all when I already paid for it.Why does Jack in the Box not prevent online orders when a restaurant is not available to take orders and does not refund for a declined order? That is theft, a waste of time and a horrible experience.

This message is for corporate: Truckers bring us toilet paper, medication, water, food and you guys won't serve them?Been your customer for over 10 years yet you won't see me again at your restaurant until you start serving truckers at the window! Stop closing your doors to the truckers, the Lifeline of America!I won't be back until you fix this issue."COVID pandemic....." You should be worried about heartless pandemic!???

This jack in the box is one of the best I have been to. They make the drive thru fun. Always making you get more without you even thinking about it.

“Love the night crew”I am a night owl due to my ptsd, lunch for me is 2am and the night crew is always on point with anything on the menu I order. I love their attitudes, their preparation of the meals and I just wanted to say to their manager this crew deserves to be recognized as this location is really off the beaten path yet these workers give it their best every night I’ve visited your location.

Staff could be friendlier. The food was not ready when I got there even though I placed the mobile app order and pressed prepare 20mins before getting to the counter. Then I was told that I needed a mask but the staff had hers off below her nose without any signage stating mask required.

Time and time again I am disappointed with the quality of food I get from this place. And it seems that every time between 1-3am they have a cone in front of their drive thru signaling they are closed even though it's 24 hrs.

Usually I drive thru and have great service! Today my son in law went thru drive tru to pick me up food. Ordered the teriyaki chicken bowel combo. He brought me my food and only complaint I have is they didn’t give any sweet and sour sauce or teriyaki sauce!
