The low and high reviews describe the poor and great mentalities of each person who rate and review.Poor mentalities needs to say negative stuff to feel better with themselves.I have been here before and I have no complains and if I do I will just stop coming and let others give it a try every person has a different taste and likes different things too. If I don't like something it doesn't mean it has a bad taste unless it's really bad. I was a cook for a long time at fine dining restaurant 8oz filet mignon $45 dollars for those who say small portions will never afford to eat at any of those restaurants due to a poor mentality.
Well first thing, look at the small portion not the same sent gas prices wait up. Portion sizes were WHY bigger. Then it took along time to get served. Didn't get creamer 20 minutes later. By then coffee was getting cold it just wasn't what I Expected
The food looks good in pictures but the taste it's not that great, the amount of food for the amount of money we paid it doesn't go accordingly. The hot chocolate is delicious but I feel it's overpriced. The next day we decided to have breakfast but this time we decided to trouble out of town to an other popular place in Riverside on Tyler and OMG what a big difference the food is pricey as well but the meals (Breakfast) size and taste makes it all worth it ? we had hotcakes? as well but I didn't took a picture of that, but even those were pretty good and big. I will place the pictures of the other place as well so you can make your own judgement!! (First 3 photos are from the other restaurant) and by the way the total end up being less than IHOP!
Love to come and eat at this IHOP in Perris CA! Customer Service is excellent.The restaurant is kept very clean.All their breakfast combos are amazing and the coffee a plus.
Honestly, couldn’t be more satisfied as a Customer by the exceptional & friendly customer service which myself & my family have been fortunate enough to experience from “all” the employees that have assisted us w/ taking our “to go” order, especially, at this Perris location!! From the moment we walk in to their lobby, understandably short staffed or not, there thankfully always appears to be an available employee to greet us w/ a friendly upbeat attitude, is professional, patient, & goes above & beyond their job to further ensure that our order gets placed correctly & cooked well done by the young man named Ezra who happens to be an exceptional professional cook at this particular location who to me, along w/ apparently other Customers can definitely agree that he is always dedicated towards ensuring that he cooks every valuable Customers food just the way they like it!! ?He’s a keeper that’s for sure!! If I could give this particular IHOP location, along w/ all their hard working Staff & the Manager a 10 star rating I wouldn’t hesitate to do so given they’re certainly deserving of receiving much needed & appreciated recognition!! Thank you for everything!!
Great breakfast had all you can eat pancakes with eggs, sausage and hash browns and coffee only $12 not bad IHOP.
The staff was great even though some were out sick they all were great the food was delicious
Often serve yesterday's reheated leftovers which simply do not taste good.
Have not even eaten and I give it a one no people at the restaurant and there is an infinite wait to get seated hostess does not even acknowledge guests
Very poor customer service! Our first time here and it was very disappointing. Waited more than 30 min sitting in our table just for a waitress to come and say they had a mis understanding and that’s why no one had attended to our table. But prior to her coming and saying that she kept passing by our table and I am pretty sure she realized that we didn’t even had our drinks or menu. I understand the lack of understaff they might have but not greeting you and bringing you the menu, deciding to just ignore us is very poor service. Never again!! SMH
