Got food to pick up..since they were out of large containers for soup, I got two small..saved one for work next day..little did I know, it leaked! All inside bag but when I grabbed it all the soup fell out..I got to eat some chicken and corn for my lunch! Next time, I will do pick up. Maybe they will notice a leaky container..they were so busy!
El Polo Loco is a Great fast food place to get chicken combos. Great quick service. Enjoy.
Waiting in line for half an hour was forgivable, but not the large chips that aren't at all large.
Stopped with my daughter and picked up the leg and thigh meal and a chicken burrito no cheese which was excellent. Fast service food always nice and hot?????
This is the half way point in my weekly journey to visit my disabled vet Son who us stuck in a facility. He loves his tacos and double tostada salad. Kudos to this store. It's clean and efficient. ..and usually open on time. Thank you
Came to grab a bite to eat here at Pollo Loco... Prices have really jumped up!!??..Wow... The food was ok. I would definitely eat at Juan Pollo next time... Prices are a lot better. The food and chicken are really ? delicious .. Especially the potato salad.. Like old fashion way.... Very ? good!!..
I went today and I asked for a wings lover order. the girl did her job and asked to the cook, and the guy said yes, I asked her if it was possible to get 2 orders and she was really kind and was going to ask the guy, but the manager (I suppose) he interrupted and just said to her, "NO" With a really rude maner, he was giving me his back, he didn't have the decency to look at me and give a short explanation why not, he just basically yelled aou NO. This is the 2nd time with his bad attitude, the first time I give him a chance with his manners, everyone can be stressed or tired, but not this time, I absolutely didn't buy anything and I wiil never come back to this Pollo Loco.
Ate at this place since I was little never had an issue but for some reason the bowl gave me food poisoning. Kinda upsetting because I actually like this place.
