They have the worst customer service for a pizza business, the staff doesn’t pay attention to the orders. For the last four times that I’ve been there either I get a wrong pizza or a missing topping. Then the long wait for the new ones to come out. To top it off I got charge twice for my order. Finally I called ask for the manager for her to hang the phone on me?
This location service is terrible.Corporate needs to intervene asap.We ordered a big order and half of it was wrong so we had to drive back across town to correct it. The young lady bringing people their curbside pickups was coughing, not covering her mouth. Our 27 minutes ended up being an hour. Never going to this location ever again. Just horrible experience all around

This was hands down THE BEST order I've had from here. The pizzas were cooked perfect, the mushrooms browned the way they should in the oven, the chicken wings cooked and sauced to perfection, and best of all.. the pizzas were cut all the way through so the slices came out with ease. Thank you domino's!
Ordered my pizzas at 1:42 pm. I got a confirmation stating my order would be delivered within 38-48 minutes. My pizza was delivered at 315. Tried calling the store for an update, no answer. Was on hold with an automated voice for over 20 minutes. Horrible. Manager needs to get it together. I just read all the bad reviews
I placed an order online, and I showed up to pick up my order at the store, they never even started my order so they said for me to wait another 45min!!! This is not the first or second time I’ve had bad experience at this Domino’s. I recommend you go somewhere else this place is a joke!!!
Bad customer service. My order is always in horrible conditions. One time they made me wait 3 Hours for my order. ALSSSOOOOO I ORDER BUFFALO HOT WINGS AND THIS IS WHAT THEY GIVE ME ALL THE TIME! IT'S BASICALLY JUST FRIED/BAKED CHICKEN. THEY JUST DRIZZLE A BIT OF THE BUFFALO SAUCE SO HORRIBLE.
worse job ever, every costumer that walks in is mad with an attitude which I don't blame. They wait like 2-3 hours for one pizza. But its not the employees fault, we do whatever pizza the system tells us to do next. Want to scream at someone? call corporate. Many wonder they are understaffed, because no one wants to work somewhere where costumers scream at them for what they don't have control over everyday!!!!! Hell nah, I have my parents to scream at me at home lol. company doesn't care about their employees, why would you expect good service? overall, company needs to do better. employees have asked corporate to help them and they ignore their concerns.
Had several terrible experiences at this location, this time I will never order from this location and will be reporting this location on every social media platform. I ordered 1 pizza, after an hour of waiting I spoke to a manager who was very unprofessional named Corina. She advised the wait is 3 hours and refused to provide a credit on current order. After multiple prompts I was advised in order to be credited I would be rebilled, which lead to a cancelation of my order after over an hour wait with no courtesy call from store to inform of their 3 hour wait time. This location needs to get rid of their management team and start over, this location is ghetto and the employees need to be trained and properly coached.
This location has been understaffed for 2 months now. everyday, they have wait times of 2-3hrs just for a pizza. all the horror stories and complaints on here are 120% true! on new years eve,i placed an order at exactly 3:30. the app said they started prepping the order at 3:35. i knew due to my last experience,to give it about an hour(it usually only takes 20-30min).i go to the store at 5pm(1.5hrs later) . THE ORDER WASNT EVEN STARTED YET! they said it would take another hour...maybe.i was not about to wait almost 3 hours,so that was the last time me and my family decide to order from this location.i legit told them "i understand you guys are busy and understaffed but Jeez yall really need to hire some people asap. youre gonna lose a lot of business,if you havent already! on my way out.
