Hubby and i arrived to a late dinner. We were fast served even tho it felt like hours. But then again that's because we were hungry. But food was good even tho it was midnight the time we were eating dinner. ?
The food was great, the cook was awesome, just the midnight waitress, seems she hated her job, argued with the cook a few times and it wasn't his fault it was hers and y'all did a couple other patrons in there who had fallen asleep and possibly were homeless but still uncalled for and unexcusable she came to our table just once during her almost half hour to stay well eating breakfast to see if we needed anything only reason for the three stars was how well the cook handled her attitude he seemed professional cooked our food great and did a good job at his job thank you to the Cook that worked the midnight shift at this location the other night when we went there.
My husband and I went there around 5-6 pm. Best time to go ..Daniel our hostess was on point. He was getting busy, he still made his rounds to his customers.. He made a fresh pot of ☕ coffee since it was windy and cold out. I have read a lot of the reviews from here. I can honestly say the restaurant was clean and the bathrooms were sanitized and clean. I don't have nothing bad to say... To the Managers of this store. Pay your good employees well. Its hard to find good help out there. From what I seen today this crew , deserve a round of ??? applause. Daniel was very nice and had a good sense of humor. Our food came quickly... It was made fresh... You have a good employees , Daniel was one of the best. Reward your employees... After all they keep your restaurant running... We the customers pay for their saleries... I will certainly come back....
Located right off the 215 fwy off 4th St with private parking lot. We ordered online with 23 minute estimated pickup time, however took 45 minutes which was a bit frustrating. The Sirloin Steak and Country Fried Steak did not look appetizing but they actually both tasted great, fresh and with that signature Denny's taste...very satisfying. I didn't experience their service since I ordered To-Go. Restaurant looks clean and organized.
Think it wouldn't be fair for me to actually put my review. Because it was Christmas day around 5:30pm.an it was crazy busy! So they totally blew it. The staff was not able to maintain under so much pressure. They forgot about us. Our waiter actual went to cook in the kitchen. An nobody even came close to our table until I literally called out an got the attention of the hostess.so I will pass on going there again on any kind of holiday.
Arrived for a table for 2, ordered our food and an appetizer and waited for about an hour just for the appetizers to come with my dates food. Waited about another hour and haven't received my food yet. My date hadn't touched her food as we were waiting for mine and then the server arrived with my receipt and 45 minutes later. After I explained what happened, I got my food about 15-20 minutes later and at that point we don't even have an appetite so we just take or order and leave. I still had to pay an additional charge for my forgotten order in the end too. Heard complaints from the table behind me too and lots of chatter at the cooking window about missing foods or forgetting something. Terrible.
Staff was really nice we waited longer then normal but they keeped on brining the coffee and fruit best service honestly will be coming back
The food was gross ? had a hair so I told waitress I was fine didn’t order anything else.. she was very rude and took to long to put in my order.?I wouldn’t even give 1 ⭐️
Was waiting on my car to be serviced and decided to walk to Dennys in Perris. The place was really busy and I had to wait about 20 before being seated. Ivan was my server and I was amazed how well he balanced himself with all the tables he had. My coffee cup was never empty, my food was brought nice and warm and as he rushed around from table to table, he always had a warm, friendly smile. Thank you for the great service Ivan!
Service was on time as expected.. example: give it about 45 mins. We have only 1 cook tonight. Went to pick up order at about 42 mins later and was ready! That's what I like, say what you mean and mean what you say.
