It is wednesday 5/11/22 at 1140pm. Went through drive thru, we were the first of many vars to arrive at this time. Lady made us wait a even though our food was packed in the bag. I know this because i watched her pack it. I also know she made us wait whuke they prepared the other orders so their time looks better. Come home to find my drink wrong, and my red burrito without red sauce. Seriously. Have some courtesy. Shame on you.

Overcharged us $27 for two orders of shrimp tacos and two burritos. Order was wrong even though we talked face to face with drive thru guy. Gave us fish taco we didn’t even order. Manager said his name was Matt was very rude tried giving us $7 back even though we gave him receipt and food receipt said $27. Two shrimp tacos $650 plus extra for rice we didn’t get. Finally after arguing we got $15 if the $27 back. I don’t expect much because it’s del taco but comin. Guy at drive thru said was having trouble cause rain etc.. tried being nice and give him benefit if the doubt but when we go home and whole order was wrong that was it

Open 24 hours, I guess not for me. Stop by after work 3:40am and was told I could not order. Gonna spend my money somewhere else. So hungry...lol

Food was ok, I asked for inferno sauce,and ketchup at drive thru,I asked if I got ketchup in bag and girl said yes like it was a dumb question,when I parked down the road to eat my order there was no ketchup for my freaking french fries ?

Such bad customer service took so long to take my order then once I got it my whole order was very wrong. Never going back

To expensive pay $25 for 6 taco and 2 order French fries with 2 small 1 medium and one large drink. I when to the street taco stands in riverside were cheaper and tasted way better then del taco tacos ?

I really wish when tostadas are ordered that employees would hand the food to the customer with their hand under the bag or bag properly so the boxes or not tilted. Also when I ask for a fry lightly well done I rarely get them. I try not to complain every single time cause usually I take them back and they fix it, but frustrating when ur on lunch and u don't have that time. Please fix the process or start writing people up for not understanding simple elementary instructions...
