I was there yesterday 4/10/22 my nephew ordered Carne Asada fries. Looks like he got guacamole fries instead, we weren't given any utensils offered or given any sauce or napkins. Had to stop at Jack in the box to ask for napkins. I understand everyone is short staffed right now but some things you should not have to ask for such as napkins and utensils.
From personal experience it’s a hit or miss, sometimes it’s really good that you come back but then it can be complete dog S**t. Same goes for the costumer service and times they’re friendly and kind and other times they can be rude and obnoxious trust me I work in the food industry too it’s not easy but giving people attitude is not gonna help even if a Costumer is being rude or nasty just “kill them with kindness” I know it’s easier being said then done.
Worst service. I figured the long wait was because they're short staffed. Untill I payed at the counter. I payed for the wrong order. So they handed me the wrong order. Then I had to pay more. Which they said they couldn't void the other transaction. So I was to pay the difference. Seems fair untill they handed me the same wrong order ?♀️. Then they handed me my order. Which we realized half way home our fries were missing. Tried to call store no answer. Then soon realized they never handed me a receipt. Or the other order had it. Idk at this point. Red flag the person on the intercom placing order seemed to rush . Like not a customer service bone in her body. But the boys mixing up orders was the cherry on the cake.
Ordered thru the app. Got to the drive thru and they say they dont have my order. They say that I need to contact the main app people to get my refund. This is the first time that a del taco claims my order did not come in. Horrible service. They didnt even try to check it again after 10 minutes of waiting.
My all time favorite Mexican fast food restaurants love the green bean and cheese burritos with extra green sauce, beef ? and chicken tacos I replace the flour tortillas with hard shell taco.
Truly awful. I ordered the chicken tacos del carbon which I usually get at my usual Del Taco. I couldn't even eat it. The tortilla was raw, it couldn't even roll. It was cracked. I was so disappointed I'll never be going back to this del taco again.
Food was cold the carbon tacos each to had 3 pieces of beef the tortillas where not even warm there was missing items I ordered plus i did not get a ReceiptAnd Drive through took 25 mins
Restaurant is clean and staff is wonderful.They lost a star for not having any toilet paper in the restroom.
Always great food. A Go To place!
Lemme be honest, I never write reviews but night team make stuff way more tasty! Hope the same in the morning I honestly was just passing by the city
